Staff is always so friendly! They advise us on the new beers & remember us. Burgers are filling & fresh. Fry's serving is BIG enough to share. Chill family vibe inside, plenty of seating room. Also clean and up kept Definitely

The food is really good and the portion sizes are huge but some of the employees are less than friendly. The whole time my family was eating, the employee was running the vacuum/leaf blower throughout the seating area and there was still 45 minutes til closing time. She also acted like we were bothering her by ordering food. The employees are sometimes friendly but on this evening it was bad.

Disappointing! We ordered through UberEats and chose it because it sounded good. However, it did not live to expectations. If you want good burgers, go to Red Robin, Foodies, or Hot Mess.Pros:Large portion of friesGood tater totsCons:Did not follow order instructionsCharged extra for lettuce wrapped but did not lettuce wrap the cheeseburgerFries cooked in cold oilBurgers smaller than the normOur Uber dricer waited over 20 minutesCookie from store

Came in at 7:32pm, their website had two different closing times listed, 8:00pm and 9:00pm. We got in the empty line, rung the bell for service and waited. Waitress was mopping, left us standing there for 10 minutes before she came over and said "oh we're closed, we close at 7:30." So not only is all their information incorrect, but she could have told us the minute we walked in.

Ordered a single bacon cheeseburger with mayo. Received a plain burger with mayo. No cheese, no bacon. Disappointing.

Love the concept of locally sourced. Soda isn't locally sourced. $4 for a small soda is not a fair price (even with $1 off for making it a combo). And by small, I mean kids' small not adult small. You'd get more soda for less at the movies and have more options. Buns on the burgers and sandwiches could be way better. $85 for a family of 5 included: 5 small sodas, a cheeseburger and 4 crispy chicken sandwiches. Shared 1 large French fry for 5 people because it was so expensive. One cook there so we waited a while. Still tipped but won't again because fries were served burned. This place could be awesome but needs to consider a few changes. On a positive note, the chicken was very good quality. Would try it out again but as is, can't recommend.

The food is really good. There is a wide variety of food and drink selections. Okay now to the bad part.Ive been here a couple times and the service has been atrocious. So far, the service I have received is not warm and welcoming, they are very short and not considerate of common amenities such ask utensils and napkins.Would give 5 stars if service was deserving.Management, please take the extra time to analyze your employees and construct a stronger foundation in regards to customer service.

Burger was good, ok, really solid....Service was friendly and I appreciated that the guy was going around cleaning the tables,Been here a couple of time, most of the time grabbing wings, or tacos from outside. Today.... burger price - 2 patties, bacon and cheese is over $15 - its all headed there - so not complaining, just going to be a once every other month thing for lunchNo fries, no coke, .... now back to work
Food is excellent. One of the better burgers around town. I recommend going on off hours for a better experience. Fries and fry sauce are on point. Only time I've gone back to ask for another burger ?

One of the best hamburgers I've had in the Tri-Cities everything made fresh, including their fries, and their service was incredible, even though they were slammed.

Met a friend here for lunch. It is located at the Kennewick Summer Hub food truck pod, inside the temperature controlled building. Good friendly service. We got the baby brady bacon burger, and the baby brady bacon cheese burger. Both were fresh and juicy. A good smash burger. Got mustard, pickles, tomato, lettuce, and onion. Also shared a medium size tator tots, which turned out to be huge! Stuff the little medium size bag. Next time will only need to get a small size. This is also the only place to get some wine or beer on tap. Large common area with tons of tables an chairs. We ate lunch and lingered to visit. This is a great space to meet up with people and grab something that will make everyone happy.
