I ordered food recently and purchased a total of five drinks. When I noticed one drink was missing, I went back up to the counter and showed my receipt. The young worker helping me had an attitude about correcting the mistake. Later, we realized one order of fries (out of five) was also missing. This time my husband went up with the receipt, and again we were met with more attitude.
I’ve always loved the food here, but unfortunately the customer service has consistently been disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes a big difference.

Takeout chicken walnut salad was missing the chicken. Told they would both refund and give a free salad on next visit. No refund 5 days later then told to pick one or the other.
Don't offer something after you've made a mistake and then take it back.

Ordered the 8 inch pepper steak. It was 90% bread 10% filling. Complete rip off, when I showed the guy at the counter how skimpy it was he just said “that’s how much we normally put”. Save your money eat Jersey mikes or subway.
