They cut off the sandwiches and soups 30min before closing? Then close the store hours. Sandwiches is what you are known for. Their drive thru staff are rude and they carelessly threw my food in the bag. Willl not be back

Bruchi's has been our go-to for years, until tonight. We ordered a large steak supreme. There was barely enough meat in it to fill the small size. About two inches on each end of the sandwich was just bread, no meat or cheese. And even where there was meat, it was still more bread than meat. I hope this is not the new normal and just an error tonight. We'll give them one more try before deciding to not return.

Don’t know his name but the young man behind the counter who took my order was super polite :) and the woman who gave me my order to go was also very polite. I ordered the supreme cheesesteak and it was DELICIOUS!! I will definitely be back (it was my first time here)…
Their subs are awful, the bread is doughy and has mostly lettuce with little meat. Their burgers and fries are what I go for, and in my opinion the only thing worth buying there. If you want a sub go to subway.

Service and atmosphere were great. Employees were helpful and friendly. For the price though the food was lacking, particularly the cheesesteak. Flavor was good, but for the price me and my wife had almost no steak, and a ton of cheese and mayo. For comparison my sons double cheeseburger was massive and cheaper than my CheeseSteak even with bacon and cheese added. Pretty disappointed at the portions. Other Bruchis I have been to are much more generous. Not from this town so likely will be trying something else the next time passing through

Pulled up to the drive through 6mins before they closed and girl in the drive through ignored me. Pulled up to the door and guy ran to door locked it and turned off light. This was the kennewick location off kennewick Ave. Very rude! Will be calling the manager.
