My boyfriend went to order food and when he came back we opened the bag to see a horrific mess. All of the fry sauce containers were opened and spilled all over the inside of the bag. Some of the sandwiches weren't cut properly/unevenly cut. The outside of the sandwiches were covered in sauce. It was gross to pick up and left a mess everywhere. I've never had such a bad experience with Bruchi's before. Super disappointing. I typically don't go to the Kennewick location and I won't be going to this one anymore.

Called in an order to be picked up, repeated it twice, when picked up I went over the order again and they didn't do as asked. Communication was bad with the Spanish person taking my order, but the two English speaking guys finally made it right, after they tried to make it my mistake... but it wasnt. They finally fixed it but then I had to wait longer... so not the best experience in Jan 2024.

First off, the atmosphere and interior is calm and mostly clean. Plenty of places to sit.Their fries were very good, especially when paired with the fry sauce. Their hot sandwiches were ok. We got the Bacon Cheddar and the French dip. The au jus for the French dip was very salty.The sandwich bread though is super delicious!I do think 5 dollars to make the sandwich a combo (with fries and drink) is a bit steep.I will be trying a different sandwich next time! The turkey club sounds very good!

We showed up a few minutes before they closed and they told us to wait when we were in the drive through. We waited and then said they couldn’t help us because they closed. What kind of customer service is this?
DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD AT THIS RESTAURANT THEY WILL OVERCHARGE IT BY 1/3 OF THE BILLWe were looking for a good sandwich shop for lunch so We decided to come here for lunch the sandwiches were ok .The server at the counter was ok. The food came out in a fair time and it was ok. The only complaint I have is the fact that they overcharged my credit card by 6.25 (a third of the total cost the bill) so I won’t be eating here again. And I will caution everyone I talk to to avoid this place in less they are paying with cash.
