Made a simple order, got it wrong. Re-did my order, added no seasoning to it. The staff is only teenagers which is expected since it’s right next to a high school. This means they have no care for the work they are doing. Just pick a different location.

Used to be great… not so much anymore. The sandwich I bought yesterday for $15 was soggy and gross. There was more gristle than actual edible steak. And can we please stop now with the handing of the card reader to the customer (requesting a tip)?? Get real, Bruchi’s!! It’s fast food, and way overpriced at that… I’m NOT giving you a tip!

Went to Bruchi's today for take out lunch. In the past they offered a Military discounts. The store manager said he needed the "card" We gave her his driver's license which states he is a Vet. She then stated he was not military and that his license would not work for military discount! Very sad...

Surprisingly they have one of the best hamburgers in town. I don't think people know about this. I mean who would go to a sub place to order a hamburger. I would say it's kind of comparable to the Whopper with a lot better quality of ingredients. The only thing I dislike about this place is you can't order your sandwich or hamburger the way you want it if you order it online. There's no option to make these choices.
The French dip is really good as well but it would be even better if they got rid of the nasty au jus sauce. They're putting oil or something in it. Keep it simple like Arby's.
