i went in on my lunch and witnessed the blonde girl with glasses that was taking orders in front cuss out a customer and made her pay for an order that was not hers just so she didn't have to start a new ticket. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional i don't care if you have a crappie minimum wage job why are we making high school kids cry because YOU are miserable its an embarrassing look for the establishment.

The lady that took my order this evening was extremely rude when she told me that she can’t serve me beer cause I’ve drank too much at 4:50 PM when I just got off of work I had my two kids and my wife and two other families with me, we were sitting down to get dinner And I ended up just getting up and leaving and eating elsewhere

I went through the drive-thru waited for a very long period of time I asked for extra fry sauce did not get it then when I went back inside to ask for some they were rude and unwelcoming and practically through it at me across the counter and they don't speak English so they had a hard time taking my order as it was in the drive-thru Will not be back to the blue shoes on Okanagan

First time here, I'm always trying to find a place that makes cheesesteak sandwiches like Little Philadelphia did in Reno, the one here was pretty good, would have been better if they use cheese sauce tho! I do absolutely love the sticker that was on the sandwich wrapper!

This is directed at the Edison location. I called to ask why they didn't make my order right and was treated like i was trying to cheat them out of something. The manager was rude and really didn't give a dang about what i had to say.
I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. When I got home they BOTH weee the wrong order. I tried to call but it was around 930. They were closed. I wrapped the sandwiches up put them back in the bag To return. I get to the store and was IMMEDIATELY shut down in 7 seconds for no remake. This used to be my favorite go to spot. The manager Rosa has no consideration for anyone else except her own. So I DEFINITELY will not be returning to this location

IMHO best sandwiches!! Def better than the competitors by far. Love all the sandwiches and the burgers and the fries are the best. I was served by Jasmine and she was just so nice and friendly. She did an outstanding job and then found out it was her first day. Been back several times since and she has been just as nice and friendly and polite. Great asset to this great place. Check them out and say hello to jasmine.
Clam chowder tasted like bacon grease. The bread that came with it was not fully cooked. It really sucked today for me.

Yum yum yum is all I can say. I wish there was Bruchis in Las Vegas! I’m used to places like Jimmy John’s , Capriotti’s , and Subway back there but this place out beats them! The fries are so amazing too 😋 and that oil also! I’ve had 2 this week and I leave tomorrow, I’ll be back tomorrow!!!
