I canceled an order from them had to call them Atleast 5 time for anyone to pick my call and still haven’t gotten my refund I’ve called multiple times trying to get ahold of a manager and they’ve asked for my name and number still no response also their support won’t respond to my email, horrible customer service is an understatement. Keep in my I’ve canceled my order in February 25th now it’s march 20 still no follow up or refund

Took my wife, trying to convince her it had more than just wings . She informed me it was her first and last time she would go. We both ordered the beer cheesecake and were very disappointed. What meat there was, was piled on one half of the steak roll. Needless to say half the roll was left on our tray. For what we paid we would have been better off going to Dennys. Sorry !!!!

We sat the bar area and the waiter was horrible, he didn’t bring us napkins or plates. We didn’t even get our guacamole and chips. The waiter ignored us when we tried to get his attention. They weren’t even busy we were literally the only ones at the bar.

Went in today to get some lunch. There were three tables with people eating. We sat there for 10 minutes (while the server looked at us about 4 or 5 times) before anyone came to talk to us. Then a gal came out from the back and informed us it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait until the server could seat us. Maybe it's just me but I thought all employees helped each other out. They had 1 server and the tables all ready eating and the server had to catch up before we could be seated. I couldn't believe it. Don't recommend anyone going for lunch there unless you have at least an hour to an hour and a half to be seated and get menus.

I was so disappointed coming in with a group of friends to celebrate. They took 15 mins to take our drink orders and by the time they were done we wanted to order but our server said she be back with the drinks before ordering and so we waited another 15 mins for our drinks, ughh let me tell you the best part as we order tell me why we waited for an hour an half for our food i get we had a big party of 8 but coming out taking that long and the food was super cold and we were missing half our order… so disappointed my friend made a side comment on can u put the food back in the microwave the server got so mad and throw the food onto the table.

They have rats in the back. The other day I was eating with my family and a rat came out from the back. There are times when the food is rotten or bad and the service from the waitresses is good.

On the lovely night of Friday the 20th of feb we were attended to by a new waitress. Unfortunately our orders were not put in correctly and somehow we (family of 4) ended up with 8 burgers !! We had no idea where the extra burgers came from! We had to send the extra food back. The manager (D) kindly approached us, apologized for the confusion and fixed our ticket. To top it off she gifted us the extra food!! (Insert crying face emoji here). We were extremely blessed that day and will forever remember D’s kindness towards us!

This incident happened last year. I didn’t leave a review the same day and I was hesitant to do so. However it’s never late to notify potential clients of bad service and disrespect from the staff. Specially when it’s this uncalled for. To begin with, we got there and everything was fine: we asked for our food like everyone else at the restaurant and waited. The waitress came back more than 3 times just to ask if she got the order right. In the last of those occasions, she read our order AGAIN. By that time my glass of water was and had been empty. I didn’t wanna interrupt the waitress so I only raised my cup to let her know that my glass was empty. Action, I did with no intention to offend the employee. Nevertheless, she got livid as if we just cursed at her and left. When she came back she was unreasonable and claimed I shoved the cup at her face. At the end she left no time to express anything and refused to take our order. No professionalism, only attitude and adult tantrums. I expressed my confusion to her and she kept being unreasonable. We left and the waitress threw, yet, another tantrum telling us to “not come back.” Believe me, we won’t.
