We just left your restaurant. The service was awful!! I was served cold tater tots when the waitress finally stopped to ask how my food was I told her. She said she would get me hot tater tots. She went by are table several times, never checked with me . When she brought our bill I told her the service was awful and I never got my tots. She did discount my meal. I told the host when we were leaving that the service was awful. He said oh really why. I told him why, he stared at me and then walked off.

Absolute terrible experience. Below average food and worst of all 60 min wait for fast food wings. They try to compensate with their 30 tv screens but it ends up feeling like your in a child’s playground and your brain is rotting while waiting for simple quick food too long.

Genuinely dont come here. This is coming from a fellow server. Server had zero care/sense of urgency. We had to send our orders back 3 times. Zero apologies was met with eye rolls and a sense of “i dont even wanna be here” attitude. I understand places being busy and understaffed but this is absolutely ridiculous. We had to have our whole table get up and go to the bar to get a refill on drinks while our server disappeared for over 20 mins (only running 4 tables i counted). Table behind us and across from us were upset and one walked out. I get how hard things can get but WOW. I give servers alot of grace bc again i totalllly understand the whole industry. But girl if this isnt your vibe dont make the rest of us suffer. On top of that food was trash super rushed and burnt/over done. Dont waste your money.

Waited for over an hour to not even get any food! When I asked the server how much longer for the food to come out she said let me go check on it and turns out our order ticket was lost so our order was never even started. And on top of that after she figured out that the order wasn’t started. I would’ve had to wait another 20 mins.
This location really needs to improve their online order process. It takes forever for them to bring out the orders. They often get orders wrong, which makes the experience even worse. The food usually arrives cold, and the overall service feels slow and inattentive. It’s disappointing because you expect better from a popular chain, but they just don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. I waited nearly 2 hours for my order just to receive the wrong one and have to wait an additional time. If you’re wanting a quick a fresh meal this is definitely not the correct place.

I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years, even as a prior Bdubs server. This place was the worst experience I have ever had. I left so upset. I ordered with my family, my husband had a burger, and I had wings parm/bbq. My son had boneless wings as well. My 4 yr old Mac/cheese. We waited 15 minutes to even be recognized by a server, then another 45 minutes for food to arrive, that was after asking the server for our food as my 4 yr old by this time was in tears. Then our food came out cold! I asked the server to fix it, she refused went onto other tables leaving us with cold food. I then proceeded to ask for a manager, the manager refused to come speak to us period. Sent another person to take care of what was needed. They reordered the food. I still didn’t get my food, my son’s order wa wrong the second time it came out. I went to my truck with my toddler at this time as it’s been over an hour an half now. My husband walked out with my food and it wasn’t even a full meal, no sauce and the order was wrong. I left so upset, hungry and very disappointed in a restaurant. This is my 3rd time trying this specific one as we just recently moved to the area. Service has always been horrible here but this experience was the worst ever I will not be going back. This store needs to be shut down and completely replaced with new management and a new team. This was my “replacement”. Oh and when I asked for silverware we were given “to go” plastic silverware to eat with along with our drinks never being refilled.

Walking in the front door the lady standing there just blankly stared at me. Not a Hello welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings. I felt like I was going to a funeral standing there. I looked at her and said 2 and a Baby. Ok hold on is all we got. The waitress was not chippity at all. Most unwelcoming service I have gotten in years. Mind you it was my wife and I,s anniversary. All i can say is I’m very disappointed with this service and company. Olive Garden is way better and I have never had a bad experience with them. This location needs some good servers with great attitudes. This servers attitude wasn’t great either. We ordered an appetizer and sadly to say that arrived with our dinner. Never going back again!!!
