Staff are would not allow me to redeem coupon to pick up food for my family since they could not be present. Very much sticklers to the rules and not even polite when they deny service.

Only thing I can say bad is I wish they had the dry sauce again as a option for frys. The burger was good was a little cool but that's OK. The frys were hot, so I think that's was the hold up. Fast and great price. 8 out of 10

I gotta say, honestly, it's a disappointment to see that companies are just falling apart. I hate when the restaurant tells you to pull forward.So they can get your food, but you're the only car there.And when they do that, they always forget something last time.I went here.They forgot my milkshake.I called a taunt to someone they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. And then this time, I went through the drive through.I am missing a whopper, and I have no sauces that I asked for of course, they asked me to pull forward when there is no one behind me.It's kind of weird, it's just so they can look good and have less time on their clock, but realistically it's a waste of my fuel in everyone else's time.Us flowing forward to get our food. I shouldn't have wait by the front door when I went through the drive here.Just give me my food through the drive through.Door. then, I could check my bag at that time and make sure everything is there.I don't want to have to get out of my car to complain about something that you guys are step on.So I won't be coming to this burger.King anymore you lost a customer

If you get from food from the driver thru please double check your order on the spot, I spent 32 plus dollars on a 2 burgers and 2 fries and was missing a burger. When I called about it the person on the line said her manager personally put it in the bag. Obviously I wouldn't be calling if it was in the the bag and at that point my wife just said to let it go. That's the last penny I spend at this place.

I think the food is ok but put together sloppy most of the time,or chicken nuggets not fresh, service sucks alot, workers don't really care about their customers. The atmosphere is ok, the place is clean but I just don't like the attitude of the workers most of the time
Sometimes when I want ice cream they tell me I can't have any they are not serving it and it's only 8 pm. If your open until 12 am I think you should be able to get a ice cream cone.

Rude worker! July 30, 2025 around 7:45 pm. We went through the drive thru. Our total came to $20.97 so we gave her 5 $5 bills and she gave me an attitude claiming I only gave her 4. She recounted and seemed like she rolled her eyes since she knew I gave her $25. When we were getting our change she basically threw it at us! Some of the change managed to fall and we had to open our car door to get the money that fell. Do better!

It’s pretty frustrating to go through a drive through and every time you get sent to the front of the store to wait 15 minutes for your food. It’s not that long EVERY time. But more times than not lately it’s been that long. Hire more staff and hand food out the window instead of making people drive to the front of building and wait
