Went there yesterday and waited at the drive thru for over 10 mins. I was saying hello, is anybody there and nothing...I drove around and went inside and when I did that the car behind me moved forward and were ordering by the time I went inside......

Alright, so today was good ish. The Crew took my order, and they did good. It's the General Manager that walked in without washing his hands and started touching monitors, etc. It's called cross contamination, not micro management 🙄. I'm sorry, but he disrespected not only his crew but his customers by doing that. It's not ok.

The floor was super dirty and sticky and my chicken Royal burger was over cocked and cold.
All the food tasted old I couldn't tell that there was actually bacon on my double croisanwich. Witch looked like a regular croisanwich that they just reworded to make you think it's bigger. Went inside and the people inside working just looked like they didn't want to be there and probably why my food was old definenetely was not fresh will not be going back.
