I love the whopper junior sandwich. It has hamburger meat, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sauce. It is nice if you are driving and need to get on the road quickly. It is delicious.

I hope they fire that lady, she is a manager, her name is Alicia. I went to eat inside and I asked her for fresh potatoes and I heard her say that they should give her a basket and she put the old potatoes and she gave me those and I thought that I don't know how to speak Spanish and when it was clear I saw her. and I threw her out and she, denying the truth, threw those old potatoes away. I hope they do something because the store manager Ana is not going to do anything.

Not sure what is going on but every time I've gone to BK using their drive thru, customer service is HORRIBLE!! It seems being rude is a requirement to work there. They genuinely seem annoyed when they hand you your food.

Front cashier was extremely rude when I asked to use the restroom. She dragged her feet and obviously looked very annoyed and snatched the bathroom key from where it was hanging. I said thank you and she didn’t even say you’re welcome. TERRIBLE customer service and clearly not there to serve customers.

Worst service at the drive through today at 3:25 p.m. The lady taking our order was extremely rude,we ordered a frosted coke with ice cream and she replied they do not put ice cream in those (mind you we have ordered them many times before). Once.we got the order the sauces were missing. The lack of manners and customer service will keep us from being returning customers. We did drive to Pasco and stopped at their Burger King on Road 68 and shockingly they had no issue putting ice cream. In the frozen coke.
