Fast, friendly, good menu, and great tasting food. Actually, I think this might be my favorite fast food joint. With the Green Burrito items on the menu, the wide selection of sides, and with the very best Chicken Tenders anywhere (yes anywhere), this fast food place has something for everyone.
Always a great place to eat ...really surprised that they got rid of their 1/3 pound meat but I guess.. what can you do🤷🏾🤷🏾 still really good food

Went through the drive thru on my lunch break. Ordered a lettuce wrap burger. Not only did I not get a lettuce wrap burger, I got some random burger that was cold and I mean like it was in the refrigerator cold and the coke tastes like the mix is off because it's basically fizzy water. Tried to call the number listed on Google, it's a fax machine. Out of time for my lunch break now so I'm out the money, didn't eat the ice cold burger and threw the fizzy water away. Massive waste of time and money. Never again will I go to That Carl's Jr. since I don't work close to the other one in town and live across the bridge I'd say that means they probably lost a customer.
I recently visited this location, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the supervisor. Not only were they rude, but they also displayed a lack of competence and unwillingness to help resolve the issue I was facing. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they seemed dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration.
As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and a willingness to assist, but this was far from what I experienced. This kind of service reflects poorly on the restaurant and makes me hesitant to return or recommend it to others. I hope management takes note and provides better training to their staff to ensure other customers don’t face the same treatment.

One word about this location: S-L-O-W. Only 3 tables with people when we arrived, and it took nearly 15 minutes to get our food. I’ve been here several times over the past year or so, and it always seems relatively empty and slow.
