A Marie

I’m a Casa Mia regular. I love their food however last night it was not good. I ordered a chicken with three cheese pizza to go. My grandmother was in the ER so I needed something quick & good. I picked up my order & ran back to the hospital. When I took the first bite I had no idea what I was eating. It tasted NOTHING like the chicken with three cheese pizza. I have no idea what kind of sauce was on it. Barely any chicken on it & tons of basil (not the normal amount). Not only that, there was a lot of burnt chunks in the box & in the bottom of the slices. Not good. If I had time I would’ve taken it back but I had to go back to the hospital. I called for a manager to let them know & there wasn’t one available. The girl said she’d leave a message for the manager to call me but still haven’t received a call back. I don’t think I’ll be back to the Kennewick location. Really disappointing. :(

TASTES LIKE SCHOOL CAFETERIA FOOD??. Do not be tricked by the appetizing looking photos on reviews!! Husband got the pizza with very watered down marinara sauce. It had very little flavor. So did the cheesy garlic bread. And so did my fettuccine. I got the pesto sauce on the side as well as the white sauce and had to use both and add tons of salt and pepper for any flavor. Although service was good we would not recommend this place.

This is my go to for, crazily enough chicken salad. It's just perfect. I usually order 2, one with the spicy chicken and one with the grilled and mix the chicken together for 2 meals. My husband loves the calzone.I didn't rate the atmosphere due to us getting take out this trip. We have dined in before and it's cozy.

The half and half was lovely and fantastic. Also - I loved the Italian wine options.

We eat here fairly regularly because I thought the lasagna here was the best I'd ever had.The last 2 times I have had the lasagna though it had drastically changed. It was like a soupy mess of noodles & sauce inside with no real substance. It was not like a lasagna at all but more like a soup. It seemed like you have drastically cheapened how you make it and with less ingredients also.I will give it one more try before I give up but if it is just mainly a soup of sauce & noodles again we will no longer be frequenting this restaurant.Needless to say I am so very disappointed and disheartened. Please don't cheapen your recipes. I would rather pay higher prices if necessary than have a recipe cheapened and shortchanged from what it used to be. Your prices are already high enough though. On the plus side, the service is always excellent.

Great food and a very nice place to eat. Staff is great. It's just a little too dark inside, for me.

Pizza was doughy on bottom, salad was a joke…. Iceberg lettuce, a pile of cheese and a ton of black olives…. Asked for Italian dressing…. It was Vinegar and oil! My husband said Costco Lasagne is better… won’t be back!

It seem like the servers were kind of racist because they never checked on us not once while they did several times to the other tables, also food was bland no salt or seasoning at all, they're supposed to bring bread to the table before the food and also didn't happen, definitely not going back to this place rather take a bit longer and go to West Richland

The server was courteous and fast. The food was terrible. The mushroom risotto was mush: flavorless and bland with canned slimy mushrooms. The fettuccine Alfredo was equally flavorless, I've tasted better from a jar. The "large" portion of classic ravioli with red sauce came with a dozen, cool ravioli and average sauce. $6 for 5 kids ravioli with butter and a teaspoon of parmeson later, $3 kids pop, we left for $70 and lots of uneaten food. Won't be back

Food was hot and service was great but the food was not good. So flavorless! The mushroom risotto was made with canned mushrooms just a mushy mess of no flavor. The Alfredo sauce tasted worse than jar Alfredo. The prices are pretty high for the portions. No kids, menue, and unless you have a 3 year old eating don't get the kid portion my 7 year old son got 5 raviolis for dinner.
