Been living in the Tri-Cities for about 19 years now, I come from a mixed family, my mother being Mexican and my father Native american and European. I grew up eating mostly homemade Mexican food, as well as growing up with my mother's culture more than anything. I always refused to eat out anywhere that was labeled "mexican" aside from a handful of taco trucks. This is probably the best place to go to for Quesabirria in the tri cities. Their burritos are better than any other taco trucks burritos as far as I've had! Yes it's a wait sometimes, and yea can be a little pricey but definitely worth it! 10/10 recommend!

Really good street tacos.

Hands down the best taco truck in the Tri. Their burritos are like triple the size of other places and loaded with everything. I wish they'd sell their habanero hot sauce because it's the best hot sauce I've ever had in my life!!

We swung by for dinner to go, it was all great and super fresh. The picky eater kids loved the chicken and steak quesadillas, we had a torta and a burrito and they were great.

Delicious! It’s hard to find good tortas (Mexican Sandwich) with flavor. Las salsa roja ? The bowl was also very tasty!

Casa Rosita is our go-to taco truck. A lot of other trucks taste very similar to each other, like they buy preseasoned may from the same place. Rosita's has its own flavor that really stands out. Service is always fast and friendly, and there is a cute little seating area out front. Being right off of Columbia Center, it can be a little noisy, and they don't grill the tortillas for tacos. That said, when I want tacos, I go see the folks at Casa Rosita. You should give them a try!Kid-friendliness: They are in a parking lot, right off of a busy street. You really have to keep an eye on kids. But there is a nice park a couple blocks up with a playground and covered picnic tables

VERY unfriendly staff. The first thing they said to me was, "Wait a minute!" as soon as I started to order. She proceeded to glare as I waited (a long time) for my food. I can only assume it's because I can not speak Spanish. I also believe that was also why I ended up paying much more than the other visitors. I can not say how the food tastes because the cashier was so nasty, I wasn't sure the food was safe to eat. I tossed it and made a ham sandwich. Shame on you Casa Rosita.

Yummy Mexican food! I get the Casa Rosita Bowl and it's always fresh ingredients. Friendly helpful staff & will omit some foods for food allergies, some items are pre made ie: salsa, guacamole. If you like hot salsa, try the red! Soo good n spicy hot! Delicious & great value for money!Vegetarian options: Some Vegetarian options, must omit certain foods.Dietary restrictions: Can ask to omit certain foods.

WARNING! Do not go here! I travel for tacos. I ordered 2 Birria tacos which were $4 each. Look at what they gave me in the images. I said, this isn't Birria, she said yes it is. I said it isn't grilled with cheese, where is the consomme? She said, "you asked for small." I said, "no I didn't, and this is pork." She said, "that Birria."The tortillas were cold and wet, like they were stored in cold water. The pork had no flavor. I have never been more disappointed in a dining experience.
