We've been coming here for years. When the kids lived at home, we ate here after church on Sundays. As empty nesters, we enjoy dinner here. We also like that there is easy access for walkers now that my parents have mobility issues. My favorite items are the Tripple Vista Burger and the Meatloaf.

My friend came from Alabama for a visit and wanted a meat & veggie dinner so I took her just up the road from me to CG. She ordered meatloaf, mashed potatoes & veggies. There was maybe 2 tablespoons of mushy veggies. The meat loaf had no taste and it was $27!! We threw the food away. How embarrassing that I took my friend there! I won't be back.

After years of hearing nothing but good things about this place, I finally tried it and was beyond disappointed. We ordered over the phone for pick up, so I can’t at all give any criticism about the service, but the food, I’m gonna have my way with. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, zero taste. I don’t know how you make biscuits and gravy and it have absolutely no taste whatsoever. Couldn’t taste any salt, pepper, or even the sausage they have in the gravy. For the price, I could’ve fed four people at Denny’s and had decent tasting food. 10/10, do not recommend this place.

My youngest and I stopped here for a quick bite. I was mildly disappointed with the service. I am the type that I normally tip 25% of whatever my total is but ended up leaving just 5.00. Our waiter was more concerned flirting with the girls half his age in the booth in front of us rather than coming to check on us for drink refills of water a mimosa and the desert we had to order through the hostess. I was not impressed with the service at all. The kitchen staff did excellent on the food though.

Service fine. Although we asked about fries & still got what we didn't want. Food, eh, ok. Not great. Children from another table running a mock bothering the rest of us. No one said anything to the adults in charge. Been here twice, never again.

For an event at WSU-TriCities campus, we used CG Public House catering. Their service was easy to work with and the people were great. They were knowledgable about avoiding allergens. Their staff was prompt, easy to work with, and professional - even when I messed up. I would 100% work with them again if I had an event in that area.
Especially wanted to point out that the Turkey sandwich was really honestly amazing. I have been arranging events for many years and have eaten more than my fair share of mediocre-at-best Turkey sandwiches out of a box and this had to be one of the best I've ever had. The fruit was fresh and actually ripe and even the melon had real flavor. The cookies received rave reviews as well. Again, would absolutely use their catering again.
