Fast Mexican inspired dining, most dishes are ready in 5 minutes which leads me to believe most of the food is pre prepared and on a steam table ready to be served/assembled. While many places this leads to bad food/quality, CE2 has done a good job to keep the quality higher and food rates great. In the last couple years they added a fresh salsa bar with pico, red, green sauces and a few others. They offer affordable combination meals that can usually entertain most pallets. And...

I am picky about what I eat and I love everything I’ve tried at Chapala express!!! It’s my favorite place to eat! My whole family loves it! Everyone is always polite and helpful! I go there with my second-grader for lunch dates once a week after I volunteer in his class because it’s so close to school and He loves it!
