This was our first visit to a Chester's Chicken "restaurant." We waited for some time at the drive-up window (because the microphone/speaker was out of order). The first item we wanted to order was the "Honey Stung Chicken Sandwich." The server had no idea what that was. The second item we wanted to order was the fried corn. We were told that since people don't ordinarily order this item some could be fixed for us, with a five-minute wait. Then the attendant changed his mind and said the fryer was already in use, so the wait would be longer. Not a good impression to make. We may or may not try again.

They food is good, but the service is terrible. They often forget to wear their headsets (a few times a week) and don’t hear you drive up and they often don’t have chicken in the mornings, and sometimes they run out of biscuits. Terribly managed. But the food is good.... when they have it.

We came in late (1 hour before close) and there were no tenders left. We got the 8-piece family meal instead. the chicken was a little dry but everything else was great. the person working provided great customer service. we will be back to try again

They food is good, but the service is terrible. They often forget to wear their headsets (a few times a week) and don’t hear you drive up and they often don’t have chicken in the mornings, and sometimes they run out of biscuits. Terribly managed. But the food is good.... when they have it.
Chicken was overcooked the macaroni and mashed potatoes seemed like they were just left sitting out and the biscuits were hard and stale there's $30 bucks down the drain.

The chicken coating was hard and the chicken was extremely dry. You definitely need two bottles of water to wash down one bite. The mashed potatoes were oily and an odd texture with a terrible flavor. They were out of gravy and biscuits. The potato wedges were very good and fresh and hot. The mac and cheese was actually not bad. I feel like the chicken and potatoes were past their sell by time and were left to dry out in the warming bin. I wasted $25 on a totally lousy meal.
