Came with family, very busy!! Everyone was super nice despite the holiday rush. Super great food my bowl was delicious, my kids plates were full. I forgot who took my order but she was super nice!!!

Ordered online. Driver gets to restaurant. Restaurant does not have tortillas for burrito. Delivery app won’t refund order. The restaurant should have not confirmed my order. Now I’m stuck with a $25 order with no food and no refund.

Chipotle has officially turned into come hungry, leave hungry. They’re charging 3x the price and giving you rations like it’s the last scoop on earth. And it’s not just a one-off bad visit — this has been every single meal. Portions are sad, inconsistent, and honestly insulting for what they’re charging now.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location has been pretty disappointing lately. This last visit was no exception. I ordered a bowl instead of a burrito, and the portion of meat was extremely small, and a few of the pieces were nothing but fat. I also asked for extra lettuce, and what I got didn’t even cover the top. It feels like the quality and care here has gone downhill. Best thing was the friendliness of staff when I picked up the order for my office. Hopefully, management takes note and gets things back on track.

Chipotle has gone completely downhill. Ever since the new CEO took over, the quality has fallen through the floor.

• Meat quality: Every single order is packed with fat, gristle, and scraps that no reasonable person would ever serve themselves. What used to be lean, fresh protein has become inedible waste. The amount of times I have bitten into charred grill scraps that don’t belong in my bowl is absolutely mind blowing.

• Ingredients: Guacamole and queso are no longer worth paying extra for. They’re watered down with oversized chunks of vegetables, clearly a cost-cutting move at the customer’s expense.

• Food safety: The last visit made my family sick with nausea and stomach issues. That is unacceptable for a national chain and points to serious problems with handling and oversight.

• Portions: Serving sizes are drastically smaller than just a few years ago, yet prices continue to climb. Customers are paying more for less, and getting lower quality on top of it.

I used to love Chipotle for its freshness, consistency, and value. Now it feels like every decision is designed to squeeze more money out of customers while delivering unacceptable food.

Until there’s a serious turnaround in leadership and quality control, I cannot recommend eating here.

Staff has always been pleasant at this location and the atmosphere nice. This is a CORPORATE issue.

The food tastes great, however chipotle employees shake food off the spoons before putting it on your plate like their jobs depend on it. They don’t put an actual full scoop of anything on there besides the sour cream. Even the rice!!
Chipotle is only good when you get your moneys worth.
