My first time walking in was not all that welcoming. Walking to the front I instantly tripped over there rug off to the right.than as we approached we had to ask for a little extra of everything due to them being in a rush. They don't listen . It's like they are in auto piolet. But the food was amazing. But we went in yesterday March 21st 2024 and got food poisoning. I hope all who ate kennewick Chipotle yesterday is feeling fine! Really disappointed to spend almost 30 bucks just to throw it out!

I was surprised to realize that this was my first time at Chipotle. It was $55.49 for 4 of us. Prices for add-on cheese and guacamole were not clear to me. It's a little confusing for a first-time customer.

First time at Chipotle's for me! I ordered a burrito and was shocked as they kept adding to it. It took me two days to finish it. Everything was fresh and very tasty. One plus I appreciated is the free samples. For those that like tofu, it was spiced really well. They also had quite a few choices of vegies and salsas to choose from. Great price, especially for how much you get!Vegetarian options: Tofu is great!
Recommended dishes: Salsa, Pinto or Black Beans, Carnitas, Cilantro-Lime Rice

Notably new, clean building. Excellent fast service. Quality of food was pretty good. They have a nice patio, plenty of parking and a drive thru. They also notably had enough workers compared to most Chipotles. Making the service really fast, efficient, and clean. Burrito bowl and burrito were had. My only complaint was the rice was under cooked and mushy but hard at the same time.

This is the worst Chipotle location in the Tri-Cities. Anyone is better off taking the extra time to drive to the Southridge, Queensgate, or Road 68 locations. They always want to overcharge you in comparison to the other locations, the staff is rude and will flat out say rude things about you to their coworkers right in front of your face, the food is always hit or miss, service is sloppy as there is always random bits of other food thrown into my order. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
