All 4 of us each got a chicken burrito bowl. Same thing we always get when we go to Chipotle. All 4 of us thought it was way too salty. Almost think they doubled the seasoning and didn't realize it.

The servers were nice and helpful and the tables were clean and tidy but the food was one of the worst burritos I've ever had the steak was vinegary dry and overcooked and the tortilla was leathery and chewy for this price and how much people talk about it all the time I thought it would be better however the guacamole was fresh and the vegetables were still fresh good juicy tomato's and crunchy lettuce I liked the rice and beans but the meat and tortilla ruined the burrito

Food was good! unfortunately they are skipping on the serving size for the price you pay, so be prepared to ask for more of certain things. Wanted 2 steak bowls but they were out of steak for the second one.

I picked up an order that I placed online, as I picked it up the girl working at the register was very rude. I got home opened my order and the quantity of the food was very small, chicken was very dry. I did not eat most of it.

Compared to most of the crap available in the Tri-Cities, Chipotle is actually quite above average. It's as authentic as a fortune cookie, but overall it's a reasonable meal for the money, and they care far more about their ingredients than most other food establishments around here. Regardless, I can't quite give them a 4. If I could, I'd go as high as 3.75. But not 4. Mahalo.
I love the food but the service could use some work. I went today at 8:20 pm and the Hispanic guy who served me was not friendly. I asked for extra steak in my burrito and said I’d pay the extra. He gave me half a spoonful and I didn’t realize till I left that I was charged almost $6 for that! I also said I wanted to use my points to get chips because I had enough points: was charged for the chips: and I asked for cheese sauce to go with the chips and when I got home I had a cup of shredded cheese. Annoyed.
