I had a specific order and my meat wasn’t the right meat, I got no lettuce when I ordered lettuce and no sour cream when I ordered that, I got guacamole on my food when I did NOT ask for that, I am very disappointed in this store!

Service was good, don’t understand why the garbage has to be so close to the door that a wheelchair can barely get in. And if you’re a worker and you see food fall off a utensil, could you maybe wait until the person leaves to bring the broom and dust pan out?! I almost didn’t want to move to see what would’ve happened.

The portion sizes at this chipotle have gotten smaller and smaller. This is the third time I've gotten a burrito no bigger than my fist. When I asked to have the normal amount (aka a full scoop instead of half) of rice and meat I was told to pay for double. I didn't wan't double just a full normal scoop. Meanwhile the person in front of me didn't have to ask for any extra and they had burritos so big the worker could not even close them and had to use 2 pieces of foil. I was too annoyed to take a picture but it was about the size of a large russet potato.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this Chipotle location — hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any fast casual restaurant.

The store is always spotless, the line moves quickly, and the food is consistently fresh and flavorful. But what truly makes this place exceptional is the staff — especially Hugo and Victor.

Hugo is an absolute gem. Every time I walk in, he greets me with a smile and genuine warmth that immediately lifts my day. He’s always on point — helpful, professional, and incredibly welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. If every customer-facing employee in the world had even half of Hugo’s energy and care, the world would be a better place. He’s honestly the type of person who makes you want to keep coming back, not just for the food, but for the experience.

Then there's Victor — and I don’t even know where to start. One time, they were out of the adobo ranch I love, and Victor went out of his way to make a fresh batch just so I wouldn’t miss out. But what really blew me away? I accidentally threw away a card that was extremely important to me — and Victor literally searched through the trash to find it. He found it. No complaints, no hesitation — just pure kindness and dedication. That kind of effort, that level of compassion, is rare. Victor is the kind of person who restores your faith in humanity.

Hugo and Victor aren’t just employees — they’re the heartbeat of this Chipotle. Whatever they're doing, keep it up. These two deserve recognition, raises, and honestly halos.

If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and visit. You’ll walk out full, happy, and reminded that good people still exist.

Truly so bad. Line out the door, they messed up 3 orders including mine in a ten minute period. Then what I got was soggy and falling apart.

I placed my order over the phone. When I picked my order up there was a problem getting a receipt. I called customer service and they couldn't confirm the order. The manager Victor went out of his way to make a receipt for my order for my work expenses. He called me back and furnished the receipt for me. Excellent service.

$26 for a burrito no frills, a salad no frills and a single drink is wild. It's a meme that they give small portions for a reason. Today, I barely got a single scoop of each item I opted for inside the burrito, all the way down to the lettuce. What a pathetic company this is.
