The order wasn't ready when they said it would be. When I pulled up to the puck up window they indicated they were out of several ingredients and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I said I would wait. 20 minutes later my order still wasn't ready. When I asked when my order was ready they said that I thought that I had canceled my order. It then took them all of 30 seconds to prepare my order.

Miya was literally the best employee!! She was so sweet and kind and made the bowls perfectly. She was very calm in a huge rush and still made sure to give us everything we wanted, she’s amazing!!

This place sucks!! I ordered a burrito bowl online for pickup and when I arrived at the pickup window I told the girl that for some reason the website won't let me request Salsa on the side so I kindly asked her if I could have some and she gave me an attitude, so rude and unprofessional!! When I got home I opened the bowl and it was half the amount of food with very little meat, should've not given them any tips. Won't be coming back here again!!!

2nd time at this location with no guacamole.... 1 other time no guacamole or Pico, we left. Last night just no guacamole. The store had zero customers besides us so I asked about them making some guacamole the gal told me they just didn't have the time? Just though the owner should be aware of what is going on in your location. I could see 4 workers, one on the phone, other 2 chatting and the older gentleman was working preparing stuff.
