Two days in a row, they have been out of any size package of rolls. Two hours before closing and they've already stopped making anything. The teenaged worker said they know that people come in after work "around 5pm" to pick up boxes. If they know that, why aren't they making any more to fill their stock? Why are they listing that they are open until 8pm when they are functionally out of product by 6pm?!The cinnamon rolls are always delicious and moist. They are unmatched in product...if you can get them... but the service is terrible. The mall is open later than they are, which is fine, but when they're out of product consistently, there's a management problem.

Rude and snotty!!! My 12 y/o daughter and her friend were excited because it was their bdays. They asked if they did anything for birthdays and the 4 employees, standing around, were rude and started talking about them. All while myself (mom) and 5 others in line to order, heard what they were saying I made it clear after I let them finish, I was the mom and we will never come again, nor order now.

Kinda grossed out, my cinnamon churro swirl was hard as a rock.. my blended drink was so sweet it made me sick.. I barely drank half.. and it’s dirty display window had me questioning why I continued to try what I bought in the first place.. then they ask you to tip ? I’m all about tipping.. but if I just ordered an 8 $ snack I don’t see it necessary for you to ask me for a tip ..however I did anyway ..and I regret it. I just really wanted Cinnabon it’s the only one here :(

(Review for: 11/26/2022)Looks like Cinnabon corp. reduced the size of their cinnabons across all their lines (Regular, Mini, & Bite size) grouping. The regular Cinnabon doesn't fit in their original "regular" boxes. They reduced the size but forgot to reduce their container size.(Please see attached image -- you can fit almost 2 of the current regular cinnabon into 1 of their original regular box, LOL).[Pros]Fresh cinnabons are still gooey, flavorful, full of sugar and cinnamon flavors. The middle is still decadent.[Cons]Size reduction of the Regular Cinnabon. The price rose, but quantity got reduced.A couple years back, 2 of us had to split a cinnabon and when we finished, both of us were full. Today, the two of us split one regular cinnabon and we were barely content. No, we weigh 135 and 97 lbs respectively and for 2 skinny people to be content is a sad thing to say about a decadent dessert. :DOverall, if Cinnabon is going to reduce the size of their product, at least reduce the packaging as well so you can accurately fool your customers a little better.
Beware of overcharged! It has been a while since I placed the complaint through their website and got contacted from the owner. I tried to contact him through the phone and left my phone number for you to call me back, twice, because none of the stuff know anything about the issue. Still, nobody contacts me back. So Chris, I still want my money back.

I went on Tuesday , supposedly had Tuesday $12. Box of Cinnabon. Guess what. We are out..I'm like how about all that are there ooh she replied they're regular price. Really you have a big sign in front of you and you don't have the promotion .There we alot of other customers in front and back of me very dissatisfied. You won't see me there again.

The Cinnabon at Columbia Center mall has always given good service I've always gotten food that seems fresh even the day old deals are really good if this is still offered
