Updated 12/21/25. Still great food. Good staff. Prices are reasonable, although the portioning of food is somewhat random. The menu prices have been updated to be accurate. Also, the rewards system was a total wreck, but it seems to be working now, even if it is not the easiest to work with.

I’ve been going here for years, and have always loved the food. Luckily the food itself hasn’t changed, but the portions have. Every other location I visit here in the tri seems to be on top of giving you the correct amount of food you pay for, except this location. Last time I went, I got the large chips and queso and the queso cup was only half way full. My family is upset about this and never wants to go because of how much they’ve cut down on proportions. I have worked food for 3 years so I can understand having to be a bit more stingy, but the people should get what they’re paying for!! I love the food, employees, and I always get treated so nicely. Just looking to get what a girl payed for :)

It was late, we got food, it was quick. They had removed the daily drinks but was still able to pour me some even though it was 1 hour past its time. That was great service. The manager showed that customers do matter.

I feel bad for the employee's working today. IT IS HOT 🔥 HOTTER THAN OUTSIDE @100 Degrees.
Surprised in no one gets heat stroke.

Costa Vida is THE bomb! Huge portions, affordable, and healthier than most fast food options. It’s right at the mid-point of my drive and I stop here EVERY. TIME. Thanks guys!

Just ok. Chain fast serve Mexican restaurant. Like a Chipotle or a Qudoba. Burrito was totally fine, but regular.

A great efficient place to get a delicious meal while passing through the Tri Cities! I had the sweet pork burrito with extra cheese and guacamole.
