It was late, we got food, it was quick. They had removed the daily drinks but was still able to pour me some even though it was 1 hour past its time. That was great service. The manager showed that customers do matter.
I feel bad for the employee's working today. IT IS HOT 🔥 HOTTER THAN OUTSIDE @100 Degrees.
Surprised in no one gets heat stroke.

Costa Vida is THE bomb! Huge portions, affordable, and healthier than most fast food options. It’s right at the mid-point of my drive and I stop here EVERY. TIME. Thanks guys!

A great efficient place to get a delicious meal while passing through the Tri Cities! I had the sweet pork burrito with extra cheese and guacamole.

I love Costa Vida and was in town for a few days and decided to go to the Particular location on 27th in Kennewick. Hours said they close at 10pm. Walked in at 9:05pm(open sign was on and door was unlocked) only to be greeted by several employees, who were ringing each other up and eating, who told me they were closed. Didnt cause a scene or anything, just left extremely disappointed. Won't be going to this location again if they dictate when they get to serve.
