This place is getting progressively worse over time. Each time I place a carry out order it's never ready at the scheduled pick up time. Today my order was supposed to be ready at 6:15 and it's 6:25 and they haven't even started it yet.

I have officially been to all the Costa Vida in the tri cities. This one is hands down the best in terms of hospitality. The guy in the ponytail that made our meal is a 10/10 in terms of customer service. He was very nice and outgoing, also was bilingual so my mom made her own order and to top it off helped me chose the perfect meal I was looking for. Give the ponytail guy a raise !!

I've always ordered the raspberry chicken Burrito or salad, but decided on the Sweet Pork Burrito with the sweet and spicy sauce -- sooo good. Their pork has the BEST flavor (if you like yours a little sweet)! Try it, you'll be glad you did!Parking: Have several handi ap and reserved (online ordering) parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There's more than enough space in the order line and at the tables for wheelchair access.
Solid four star meal. Lots of tasties to choose from but my old standard is the sweet pork salad. I always get an extra full size tortilla and take half the salad ingredients and make a burrito that is basically the same size as a normal burrito and then eat the rest as my meal. I end up with a "to go" meal to take home. Pretty hot bang for the buck. CV is always a good choice with consistent service and quality. It is an "old standard" for me.Kid-friendliness: I think you get a free kids quesadilla with a regular meal.
5 stars food and service. Grilled steak nachos or tomatillo cilantro smothered barbacoa beef burrito are my go-tos. Friendly and quick staff. Tried the raspberry chipotle chicken once. Can not recommend.4 stars on the atmosphere because I don't stay to eat and I don't care about it, but the store smells good, so...

The food here is great. Zero complaints. We have a large family so when we do eat here we order online. And when I tell you there has literally not been one time that they have been on time when we come to get our order. I’m not even talking about 5 mins ….. tonight I literally waited 20 extra minutes in the lobby for my online order. Don’t get me wrong ….. I understand things happen or if this had been just a once or twice deal. It’s literally EVERY. SINGLE. SOLITARY time. It’s annoying. Not going to lie. And also about 75% of the time something is missing from our order when we get home. Again. No complaints about their yummy food or even how I’m treated. They are always super nice. But there is zero sense of urgency and it’s clear the online ordering system is not reliable.
