This has more about to do with the management than the employees. The employees are fine but the thing is when you hand somebody $12 tip for a $12 pizza. Do you think you’d be able to get some Parmesan cheese and hot peppers without being charged extra and making it a whole separate transaction? it’s stupid. The management needs to slap themselves

Placed an order on their app for a pizza, cheese bread, drink, and 20% tip for their driver. Wanted to add ranch for my cheese bread and their app hadn’t an option to edit my order so I called first thing so the driver could include one with cheese and peppers.
Couldn’t even get to the cheese and peppers before Courtland the Ranch Keeper and his Lord Francisco the Ranch Holder refused without me paying $1.37. Couldn’t believe my order for 2 items couldn’t include one sauce, I asked Courtland to take that from the $4 tip I’d left for the driver. They both told me they could not do this and that I could have my order refunded and place it again. Couldn’t believe these two thought provoking and successful business men would refund a $20 pizza order with 20% tip for an overpriced ranch.
I run a business of my own I could never imagine losing a whole sale over a dollar but I’m not as bright as these two I guess. So I canceled and refunded my order. My interactions with both these employees was plain and unpleasant. Nothing to cry home over but nothing memorable either. I’m assuming this is the way at this dominos. Whatever works for them I refuse to do business with such a cheap and poorly ran operation. To each their own.
I’d stay far away if I were anyone looking for a good pizza. My recommendation if you’re in need in Kennewick would probably be anywhere else. Chuck E Cheese even.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and some spinach feta bread... The entire order was so undercooked we couldn't eat it... It was completely doughy on the inside which made everything disgusting. I will never order from Domino's again.

Domino's has done a good job having a standard for food. I do have a complaint, which is that I ordered online and had it delivered to my car. I'm not sure what happened between me ordering and them handing it to me, but I paid $13 something online for 2 mediums and got a medium and a large and a receipt saying I paid $15 something. It was the same everything else so I highly doubt it was someone else's order. I'm not sure how that would even happen but it did and I'm baffled more than anything.

I think some of the staff here smoke that fent. The manager seemed all drugged out when checking me out. She could barely hold a simple conversation. Will be calling corporate about my experience as this is not okay since kids come here too.

The pizza from the Domino's on Clearwater in Kennewick is always good. Delivery is fast and the delivery drivers are always polite.

Pizzas were made perfect and to domino's standard. Cooked well. Toppings on one were a little weirdly positioned, but the pepperoni was spot on, actually had 1 extra pepperoni. The time was the worst part. Took them almost 9 minutes to get my order to the oven and I had it in my cart for awhile. If they were utilizing DSS it should've been less than 3 mins to oven. They were quick to the carside service though. Haven't been inside yet so I cannot speak for that but I will be back for sure. Didn't get pics as my kiddos dug in immediately.
