Went to an event last night where we received a few food tickets to use at any of the food trucks. I used mine on a hot dog vendor but also wanted to try the taco truck. The lady was super nice and let me pay for an order. She had to start up the square machine for me and was happy to do so. Got Asada tacos and there were great. This was a food ticket event and she went out of the norm for us and allowed us to pay. I will definitely try this truck again.

Portions were tiny for the price and the old lady was super rude. They skimp out on meat and cheese. I ate a chicken burrito and it was 95% beans 5% rice and 1%

Customer service they lack. Not friendly seemed like they were being bothered when taking order. Food was expensive for the lack of quality. Asada fries was all fries and Pico no meat. Take your business elsewhere not at this place.

No consistency on tacos or burritos, super salty and the worst customer service ever and overpriced food. Would definitely not recommend to anyone, to the man working fairgrounds this weekend if you don’t like you’re job you shouldn’t probably be serving overpriced food!!

Once again I find myself without lunch. My go to drink is a taro boba so I head down to Columbia Gardens to see what I can grab for lunch also. There is this taco truck I have seen around town for a while now, Don Taco, the bright color makes it stand out. Once I ordered my drink I decided to see what they have on their menu. Growing up Mexican and living in Mexico I have sampled a wide variety of tacos. I have found out through all my years, don't screw with the taco. The taco has survived for as long as it has because of its flavor and spices, the way the corn tortillas are just a little bit greasy but delicious. I decided to order 3 tacos, a shrimp taco that was new to their menu and 2 tacos de asada. What can I say, the shrimp were breaded, (I felt like I was eating cheap Chinese) and tiny, the flour tortilla was loaded with cabbage and onions and something that looked and tasted like thousand island dressing. Not a winner in my book. The shrimp should be light and plump and have some acid added to bring out the flavor. The tacos de asada, when I opened the little styrofoam box they just looked sad. There is a reason taco trucks use foil paper and paper plates for to go orders, it keeps the tortillas warm and makes the food more appealing to eat. By the time I got back to my office, is a 7 minute drive, the tortillas were cold and the carne limp looking. To say the least, these were probably some of the worst tacos I've ever had in my 50 years. Do yourself a favor, if you have never had an authentic Mexican taco (living in Tri Cities is hard to believe) don't eat the tacos from Don Taco, go to Pasco on the corner of 4th and Court and get yourself some tacos from the red bus. That is a home run.

Fantastic taco truck that cooks the meats to order. Friendly service and the chorizo is incredible, you need to try at least on.

I have been seeing their ad for weeks on facebook, but whenever we went down there they were gone :( They were open today and we tried a couple of tacos. The El Mexicano and Alambre Taco. They were delicious, fresh and just like homemade :) The best we have had hear in the Tri-Cities so far. We can't wait to get hungry again so we can go back and try more stuff. We like all of their salsa's too :)
