The customer service at this establishment was awful. On March 02/2025 at around 7-8pm a man with glasses, short blonde hair and wearing a pink t-shirt was very rude to me and my friends while taking our orders. He rushed us while almost basically yelling at us to hurry up. Mind you it was night time and there was only 3 cars in line including us and we only ordered 2 simple drinks. We did not take long ordering but he had attitude before he even took our order. Then when he got back inside the building when we pulled up, he decided to act "nice" infront of his coworker. I usually never rate places even if the customer service is mediocre but last night was just plain disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend buying from here if they treat their customers with disrespect over a drink.

I went to Dutch on Clearwater and got my birthday drink this morning. It wasn’t what I ordered so as I was heading to Pasco, I stopped at the Dutch on Columbia Drive. I asked to switch it out for my correct drink, and the lady still charged me so now I paid for my birthday drink. And when I get up to the counter And they hand me my drink it’s not even what I ordered again and then when I asked them why they charge for remix The other lady said that they don’t, so I’m not quite sure why the Hispanic girl charged me for a remake of my birthday drink. Very weird and when people are paying a lot of money for coffee drinks, they should be getting what they order. It’s laziness when somebody orders chocolate drizzle to just squirt a bunch of chocolate on top of someone’s drink. Make that make sense. Eventually, the chocolate kind of melted down the side and incorporated itself into my drink, but originally it was just a bunch of chocolate squirted on top

All the people inside making drinks did a great job..... but the male barista who took our order today 02/23/25...seemed to be having a bad day and definitely let us know that. He was pretty impolite with his body language and facial reactions. "Can you Speak Louder." .... i shouldnt have to yell over the music they have blasting through their speakers inside, its rude and inconsiderate when we come to spend money here for the proper service and dont receive it. It Doesn't look like he wants to work at Dutch Bros. The drinks were made with love, but they definitely weren't served with it. It's pretty upsetting 😓. I hope he figures out how to treat human beings better cause that's an uncalled-for attitude to friendly strangers.

A great variety to this hit coffee shop. Prices are a little high but comparable with Starbucks and more variety then any shops I have been too. Lines as many know are one of the only downside to Dutch.

I love dutch bros and go to different locations often. I recently moved near this location and a handful of times ive gotten really disrespectful interactions with staff. All due to how they would like you to enter their location. On my way to work i come from washington st and they have complained and told me not to use the entry from Washington st even going as far to tell me I cut someone in line when i didnt and the employee did apologize for that. However even if i dont use that entry, the other entry states no left turns in which makes so much sense because Columbia Dr is always busy and its completely unsafe however if im coming from Washington st I have to turn left into their location. So in my mind I either make U turns every morning to get coffee which is irrational and a waste of time. Or i use the left turn in and risk my safety and other drivers, but i can use the Washington st entry if i dont mind being disrespected for doing it and or being told im cutting people??♀️??♀️ Again I understand the pressure put on the employees but its ridiculous to assume im basically ok with having to make u turns to appeal to their rules to enter???

I love getting drinks at this DB location. They are so upbeat and friendly and have memorized my favorite drink! Admittedly I've gone here a few times not to quench a craving for caffeine but for want of a better day; these broistas and Dutch Brothers personnel always brighten my day with their smiles and service!
