I always notice when it gets dark this location turns off or just don’t turn on their open signs even though it’s still hours before they close, I feel bad for whoever owns this business because there’s times the open sign is on and there is cars coming in and the drive through is completely empty when it’s not. I sometimes go and sometimes just pass by and won’t go because they seemed like they don’t want to be bothered to work. And it makes me feel bad going in while they have the open sign off and no cars in the drive through and me be the only one.. it’s being multiple times.. they just seem so annoyed when I do drive in and ask if it’s open and get myself a drink.

The customer service at this establishment was awful. On March 02/2025 at around 7-8pm a man with glasses, short blonde hair and wearing a pink t-shirt was very rude to me and my friends while taking our orders. He rushed us while almost basically yelling at us to hurry up. Mind you it was night time and there was only 3 cars in line including us and we only ordered 2 simple drinks. We did not take long ordering but he had attitude before he even took our order. Then when he got back inside the building when we pulled up, he decided to act "nice" infront of his coworker. I usually never rate places even if the customer service is mediocre but last night was just plain disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend buying from here if they treat their customers with disrespect over a drink.

I went to Dutch on Clearwater and got my birthday drink this morning. It wasn’t what I ordered so as I was heading to Pasco, I stopped at the Dutch on Columbia Drive. I asked to switch it out for my correct drink, and the lady still charged me so now I paid for my birthday drink. And when I get up to the counter And they hand me my drink it’s not even what I ordered again and then when I asked them why they charge for remix The other lady said that they don’t, so I’m not quite sure why the Hispanic girl charged me for a remake of my birthday drink. Very weird and when people are paying a lot of money for coffee drinks, they should be getting what they order. It’s laziness when somebody orders chocolate drizzle to just squirt a bunch of chocolate on top of someone’s drink. Make that make sense. Eventually, the chocolate kind of melted down the side and incorporated itself into my drink, but originally it was just a bunch of chocolate squirted on top

All the people inside making drinks did a great job..... but the male barista who took our order today 02/23/25...seemed to be having a bad day and definitely let us know that. He was pretty impolite with his body language and facial reactions. "Can you Speak Louder." .... i shouldnt have to yell over the music they have blasting through their speakers inside, its rude and inconsiderate when we come to spend money here for the proper service and dont receive it. It Doesn't look like he wants to work at Dutch Bros. The drinks were made with love, but they definitely weren't served with it. It's pretty upsetting 😓. I hope he figures out how to treat human beings better cause that's an uncalled-for attitude to friendly strangers.
