I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the two girls who worked 08/24/25 around closing time. We stopped in on our way home from Portland and ordered 4 drinks. One of which we asked to be a surprise, not only were the super friendly, they were incredibly accommodating and happy to do it. They made us a Sherbert soda, which has now became our favorite drink. So much so we turned around as soon as we left the parking lot to order another one as rebel. Which again they were more than happy to do. I felt bad it was so close to closing time but they made us feel more than welcome. 100/10 experience.

I visited Dutch Bros at 31 N Columbia Center Blvd, Kennewick, WA, on Tuesday, August 8, around 3:00 PM. I ordered a large Hyperchrome for a friend, but unfortunately, they found a long hair inside the drink.
I noticed that some staff members had long hair that wasn’t tied back. I tried calling the location, but I keep being redirected to corporate and then disconnected.
Could you please issue a refund for my order? The purchase was made with a card ending in 6998, and “23” was written on the drink.

It's been a hit and miss lately. This used to be my place to go. But lately when I get my drinks, they tend to be either too syrupy or flavorless. I miss the attention to detail. Don't get me wrong, drinks look awesome, but I wish they tasted awesome.🤷🏾♂️
