I visited Dutch Bros at 31 N Columbia Center Blvd, Kennewick, WA, on Tuesday, August 8, around 3:00 PM. I ordered a large Hyperchrome for a friend, but unfortunately, they found a long hair inside the drink.
I noticed that some staff members had long hair that wasn’t tied back. I tried calling the location, but I keep being redirected to corporate and then disconnected.
Could you please issue a refund for my order? The purchase was made with a card ending in 6998, and “23” was written on the drink.

It's been a hit and miss lately. This used to be my place to go. But lately when I get my drinks, they tend to be either too syrupy or flavorless. I miss the attention to detail. Don't get me wrong, drinks look awesome, but I wish they tasted awesome.🤷🏾♂️

I have never had a worse customer experience than I did here. They mixed up my drinks, then got rude when I asked them to fix them. Then refused to fix them. Would not recommend

Everyone is always so happy when we get coffee here.
Took my son to Dutch Bros for his 9th birthday and he was given this super cute fun birthday drink! The crew was all extremely kind, sang to him and made him feel extra special! The line was pretty long but with the crew taking orders outside ahead of time, the line went very fast! Highly recommend Dutch for your kiddos birthday (:

Not good. Dutch brothers in Idaho I frequent and had three drinks from here and all were bad - not sure if they were under extracted or if they put less shots in drinks than other locations in used to, but americano was crazy watered down and didn’t have flavoring I had asked to add.

They took like 15 mins to even take my order and I walked up to the window it should not take that long when no one is in-font of me then I get my coffee and it’s luke warm and THEN they took another 10 mins to grab my muffin top they said they were “digging in the freezer to find it” y’all have 2 muffin tops and that’s your only food why don’t you know where it is not to mention they were rude as hell

Good drinks and the workers are always sooooo nice. I especially love how good the workers are and nice with my dog when I bring her. Last time I brought her was for her birthday day and the workers banded together to sing her happy birthday before they even knew we coming to them and made sure to give her the best pup cup to celebrate :)
