I never thought I'd find a place where the baristas no matter who's working always make an awesome hot mocha. Since discovering 'this' Dutch Bros. I've gone back three days in a row buying 2) 20 oz hot mochas ea visit. So YUM. Each visit the service has been terrific. Very considerate and friendly. This DB is a bit out of my way but I feel it's worth it.

Went this morning around 5:30 am noticed when I was driving up the employee noticed me and proceeded to throw her hands up and head down like she was annoyed there was already cars showing up very unwelcoming and unprofessional she had attitude the whole time and slammed the window after she gave me my drink whoever the manager is here i would like to see something done !! and schedule people who love doing they’re job or don’t throw fits about having to work if the female from this morning was so miserable she should try finding another job that’s doesn’t involve customer service because she has no respect for customers.

I travel and have been to many different Dutch bros, multiple in the same day. All Dutch bros are consistent EXCEPT this one. I do have a special order and they very rarely get it correct! Unfortunately this is my local Dutch bros, I had to unfortunately switch to Java Junkies because not only is the customer service lacking more and more over time but so are the drinks, I also make my own espresso and I can tell they are not cleaning the parts often enough. I’m not complainer BUT it’s been years this way and it just gets worse. I work in the food industry and consistency is key, this Dutch bros has zero rating on consistency even my young children say my drink always tastes different, I only order ONE specific drink. But it can literally taste the same from 2 different locations of dutch bros in that same day.

The employee was very rude , nasty & unprofessional. I must have pulled in a few minutes b4 closing. I didn’t know that, lights were on they are still open. Employee working window opened window with an attitude, slamming it open. Told me she didn’t need my DutchBrothers code for my account when I asked. Asked what I wanted in an unprofessional tone, like I did something wrong. Rushed me through my order. Like I couldn’t tell she was being absolutely inappropriate. And when I tried to pay she said in an attitude “you guys are good the drinks are free” which just left me feeling icky and abused. Like here goes free drinks so you don’t tell anyone about the bad service. And because we probably closed the register before closing anyway. Very nasty. Oh and I forgot. After I told her what I was ordering she turned around in a sarcastic manner, screaming to the other barista the names of the drink and clapping her hands loudly. It was very obvious she was annoyed. I’m never coming back to this location ever. Very bad experience.
