Always good, fast, and consistent drinks, and the staff is friendly. I can’t believe people complain about good customer service…ie asking “what r u up to today?” Is NOT offensive, it’s nice actually. Most of us like friendly people. Keep it up!

When my friend and I came through the other day we were told that they didn't have free wristbands anymore but they had hats. What they didn't mention is that you had to pay for the hats (says Drink More Coffee on it) which is ridiculous your associates should mention having to pay for those things instead of letting the customer think that just like the wristbands the hats are free

I love Dutch bros and don’t have problems at any other location but this one. If you walk up to the walk up window the employees will just stare at you for at least 8 minutes. They never even acknowledge you until they come take your order with an attitude. Not a fan of this
