Worst service ever called and some guy answered the phone saying “hello” I asked what special they had and he stated he doesn’t know they are slammed that I need to go in if I wanted to know. I asked what was the price on a large and he said idk I’ll call you back but didn’t get my name or number down!

If you are looking for some different kind of pizza, this is the place you have been looking for I personally recommend the ranchera pizza or the BBQ chicken very well done ??

Wanted to give a shoutout to Excalibur Pizza. We had an event next door and the staff was super friendly and made some great pizza.
This was my first time eating here and look forward to trying other items on the menu in the future.
Thanks again for keeping everyone fed at our event… I heard nothing but great things as well!

Prices are absolutely gauging.. Using the very cheapest vendors and buying the lowest quality base ingredients.... Make an OK pizza out of it.. Charge $8 for a bottle of Modelo. It's an insult. I'm local. I own local businesses. I support local. There's a reason nobody is in your establishment. You aren't providing the same quality your competition is. I'll get a WAY better pizza and $5 IPA @ Hubby's next time. Hurts me to write bad reviews for a small local business but this is ridiculous. I understand the market is hard and people aren't buying in any kind of volume. You're marketing against yourself w these prices. Your buildings are basically dives. You should embrace that. Have local bands. Have at least one beer where you only charge four or $5 a beer. Having a $5 pizza on your advertisements but you show up to your building and it's $10 is a little jarring as well m My third and last order from Excalibur Pizza.
I am amending my review for one reason. It's not your service and it's definitely not your "worst I've seen in my life when not at a theme park" prices.
Based on every pizza ordered My opinion is that you keep changing food vendors and keep making your pizza out of different products. Whatever you did for cheese this time... Stop buying anything else. You need to keep usingthis cheese. Whatever you're using for sauce this time stop by anything else and use this for sauce. You're obviously not doing anything homemade so you might have hit a home run with a vendor orderable sauce here. It's definitely not as sweet as the last stuff (killed the sauce . Needed more spice to it.) It upsets me even more you're running your establishment into the ground when you finally found a few ingredients to make your pizza better.

We were going to order online but decided to call in instead. Come to find out, they charged us $2.00 more just because we called in! We brought it to their attention and they refused to budge. The Pizza was good but not worth getting ripped off. We did carry out but were not impressed by the dine in area. It felt humid and had a musty smell. All in all we will try to avoid going back.

Got a large Pepperoni. It's was $18.00, so that's about the going rate here in Tri-Cities. Pizza was good. No complaints, It tasted just like Papa John's. Once you eat the crust you'll know what I'm talking about.Atmosphere was ok. Just humid, in February. I'll go back to try something different next time. Nothing bad to say or anything great to say, it was just ok.Try them for yourself. You won't be disappointed or amazed.

I’m a pizza lover and I think I found the best pizza in the TriCities! We had half supreme and half Hawaiian. You should try it.
