Fiesta's Event Center (reservation only)

Choosing Fiesta Catering for my daughter’s wedding reception was one of the best decisions we made for her event! The tables were set beautifully, the team was attentive and professional, and the food was delicious! People are still raving about the meal and commenting on how gorgeous everything was! I would not hesitate to hire Fiesta Catering for future events!

We just had them cater a 15 person family party and the food and service was absolutely first class. A grand slam!

Hosted our wedding here. Everything was great, the food was delicious and Chica our on sight server was super nice and attentive. She was amazing. Loved our set up. Teresa even threw in a flower wall that was an amazing backdrop for photos. She was attentive with making it a smooth day for us allowing us to bring stuff the day before. Only thing was our bartender seemed bothered to be there, not very friendly. But he got the job done. Definitely recommend this place for any events.

We had a wedding on September 14th. This was our ground beef and “fajita steak” I called yesterday to speak with Teresa the catering manager about the possibility of the meat being undercooked, without seeing the photos or addressing my concerns she informed me that after the meat sits for a while the steam can give it this red hue? Umm what? Or it could be because they cook it in a red sauce. Ma’am…would you like to see the photos because there isn’t a single way. I did email Isidro and her both after informing her I no longer wanted to deal with her. The lack of professional and lack of communication with the vendor from the beginning has been inexcusable. I did call the health department. They will be investigating further. If these steam issues and red sauce is used why are these not discussed prior to contracts being signed because I would have never been okay with feeding this to my guests. To top it all off…the information of who of the families had been notified was misconstrued and my MIL had not been notified. Instead of trying to make this right in anyway shape or form. My MIL sent her an email inquiring about how to leave a tip prior to talking to me or my husband about what happened. Without discussing any issues with the food, etc. She was more than happy to send the payment link to take yet more money. Very Shady.

Shoutout to the staff at the Road 68 in Pasco restaurant. We held a graduation party there yesterday and Tony and his team were amazing. They were extremely attentive to any needs we had. They provided a great venue for this special event. We can’t say enough about the amazing service that was provided. Thank you Tony and your staff!

I went here for a Paint and Sip class, and had a great time, the waiters were very kind, the nachos were amazing, and so was the shrimp taco. Everything tasted so fresh and well seasoned. I also loved the side of salsa and chips you get, the salsa was so good. I loved the interior also! My class was held in a separated room though, so I didn't get to see to much interior, but I will come back soon! I definitely recommend! Thank you.

We walked in and two people saw us, one on the phone and one putting silverware and napkins together. We waited several minutes being ignored. Finely another waitress came up to us and seated us. Then after another wait we asked a waitress if she was our waitress. She told us that our waitress would be along soon. After another wait our waitress came by. The restaurant was maybe 1/4 full this whole time. We ordered and then waited for our food to arrive. This process took longer than we have ever waited at this restaurant. My enchiladas were on the cold side and I could not finish them. The whole experience was not what this restaurant had been like before. They also added a 3 percent adder to our meal because we used a debit card. This adder should not be charged, it is the cost of doing business. All in all we will never got Bach to this restaurant because of this experience.

Love this place! They have the best camarones a la diabla, they make the guacamole right in front of you. Food is always fresh and delicious. They sing to you on your birthday and you get a free ice cream.

Nice and clean inside. The menu has a great selection of all the Mexican restaurant staples. The salsa bar has lots of great options. The service is always good as is the food.
