It should be zero stars. I am working out of town so I ordered two subs for $42 online and went to pick it up. They charged my card and sent me confirmation but they didn’t and wouldn't make my food. So here I am back at the RV hungry with a 42 dollar charge on my card.
Update- Still no refund for food that was never prepared. $42.52 stolen from us.

Extremely Disappointed – Serious Allergy Ignored
I placed an online order with Firehouse Subs on July 24, 2025, for two sandwiches, one of which was a gluten-free sandwich with no mayonnaise and no cheese, due to my severe gluten and dairy allergies. I picked up my order at 7:40 PM, only to find that my sandwich had mayonnaise on it. This is not just a simple mistake—this could have resulted in a serious allergic reaction.
I immediately called the restaurant to inform them. The staff member I spoke with told me that he would write my name on a post-it note and stick it to the CAD register so that I could receive a replacement sandwich next time I call. Frankly, this is the most unprofessional and unreliable method of handling a food allergy mistake I’ve ever encountered. There was no offer for a refund, no gift card, and no store credit—just a post-it. I highly doubt this “solution” would be honored or even remembered.
When I asked for a refund, I was told they don’t issue refunds for online/app orders, only for in-store purchases made with cash. This policy makes no sense and shows a complete lack of accountability.
To make matters worse, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with Firehouse Subs mishandling my order and showing poor customer service. The sandwich is now completely inedible due to my allergies, and I had to throw it away—on top of paying extra for gluten-free.
I will be contacting Firehouse Subs corporate office to report this and request a proper resolution. Until then, I strongly advise anyone with food sensitivities or allergies to avoid this location entirely. They clearly do not take dietary restrictions or customer concerns seriously.
