I used to really like this place. They are expensive but I could get a couple meals out of their salads. The last few salads I've had have either been missing ingredients completely or were so skimpy as to be basically $20 lettuce. It's disappointing and a rip off. When I tried to talk to management about it, they blew me off. So I'm done with Fresh Leaf.

Overly expensive, incomplete food with bad service? Why bother. The care they put into their food correlates directly with the care they put into their customer service.

Very thankful a place with a lot of gluten free options exists here! I travel for work and always grateful to find places with clearly marked GF options on the menu. The man that helped me was so kind and offered the lunch menu at 830 am if I didn’t like anything on the breakfast menu. Vibe is great :) two cute couch/chairs in the back if you wanted to come read or do work. I’ll be back next time I’m in town for work.

Amazing food, the turkey panini and tomato basil soup are my go-tos and never disappoint. There are tons of great sandwiches, wraps, and fresh juices, with a lot of vegetarian and gluten free options. The staff is always friendly and service is great!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff but ordered a bowl of their vegetable soup for almost $10 and no joke it probably included half a zucchini, some corn and a few chunks of Russet potatoes. I am certain my kids could make a better soup. Fresh Leaf please take more care and effort in the food you prepare and serve otherwise you will not have patrons for long.

All of their food is healthy, reasonably priced and delicious. I have tried many menu items, and have never been disappointed. I am gluten free and they have many choices. The service has always been excellent as well. I highly recommend Fresh Leaf!

Used to be a weekly "go to" when you were in Kennewick near my work. Now, sadly I'm lucky to make it a couple times per year. Food is still excellent and fresh. Juices are awesome! However, I really missed the music you used to play when I visited today.

Although I do love their green juice(a bit of a splurge, but it's refreshing!!) , I must say their customer service is not good. I have been here a couple of times, and I've been disappointed every time. Today, as I walked in I was greeted by a young girl behind the counter, her back facing me...she never looked up at me, she just said welcome in. I stood there for a couple of minutes looking at the menu...she still didn't look back. I finally ordered my juice, and she almost looked bothered. She made it, placed it on the counter...and went back to doing whatever she was doing. Miind you, I was the only customer in there. 🥴

Working on the road, it can be difficult to find truly healthy options that taste good and are something less boring than just a salad. Everything on their menu is creative, flavorful, and fresh. The folks who work here are very polite and thoughtful as well.

The quality of the food was great. Everything tasted fresh and the flavors went well together. However, the Vegan Panini was supposed to be on Naan bread and was served on regular bread. The panini was also supposed to have avocado on it which it did not from my photo, so that was disappointing. The couscous salad was excellent. But due to the downfalls of the panini, this meal set was not worth the price of $15.99. I could have made the panini at home with fresh ingredients and homemade hummus for less than $5.

The mango chia pudding was great, very refreshing. I wish it tasted creamier though, maybe use coconut cream in the base next time. Although this item was also expensive ($7.95), the portion was good so I felt it was worth the price.

Service was good. Food came out quickly. Be advised, they do charge $0.25 for to-go orders. Would've been nice to know that when I ordered as it was my first time in.

All in all, the food tasted good and it was clear that everything was homemade and fresh, but I likely will not get the panini again. I might come back and try a different dish that comes in a larger portion.

Great, hardworking crew. Great food and portions. When I first went a few years ago, I had a different experience but they’re committed to making great food and smoothies.

The customers service was very good, beet salad was good, Turkey panni was good with side salad. Carrot juice was refreshing and well as the Hawaiian smooth. We will return.
