Had a large order to pick up and stood at the front counter for several minutes with no greeting or acknowledgment. One employee came from the back, clearly saw me, but avoided eye contact, spoke briefly to another employee making what looked like a smoothie bowl or something, then went back where I could hear her chatting with others. The smoothie bowl employee also looked up at me, made eye contact, and then looked right back down without saying a word.

I’ve worked in customer service for many years, and even if you can’t help a customer right away, you should always acknowledge them and let them know someone will be right with them. I don’t mind waiting, I understand being busy...but a simple greeting or smile goes a long way. I’m more than willing to be patient, as long as I’m acknowledged.

I tend not to return to businesses where employees can’t even greet customers when they walk in. I’m sure the owners would be disappointed to know they’ve lost a customer (who spent a significant amount of money) over something as simple as poor customer service. Negative word-of-mouth spreads far faster than positive experiences, a lesson I learned back in my high school marketing class.

When the employee finally came back to the front, she just said “hi,” nothing else. I told her what I was there to pick up, and she went to the back to get it. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, which is disappointing for a local business.

I had my wife go in and ask for a white chocolate mocha. I got a drink that I can't even explain how terrible it taste 🤮.

I drove by the other day and saw a banner that said open until 8. I just tried to stop by before I head out of town (just after 7) and they were closed. The door also has a sign that says open until 8. I’m really disappointed!

I only tried the apple cider and cherry apple cider but I have to say if the rest are their items are of similar quality you won’t be disappointed. They were delicious, bursting with flavor. We had them partially frozen as well like a slushy and it was so refreshing on a hot day! Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back in the area to stop by again!

Locally grown sweets & treats. I was surprised when I saw Sister to Sister Fudge in the store. They have a smaller selection of local honey and jam.

I ordered a smoothie & energy balls & they were amazing. The gals working were super friendly and greeted everyone as they walked in the door. 5/5

I got chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day for my Wife and she loved them, I will be going back to try other products that look so good.

I came here for the frozen containers of tart cherries after a fellow foodie coworker shared some with me. We used them in a black forest cake recipe. But I can eat them plain, on yogurt
Or cottage cheese. They have apples by the box, jams, jellies, local honey.
I did not try any smoothies, but they looked fresh.
Located behind Costco, on the side of the yellow building.

Terrible experience. I took my daughter early in the week after an ortho appointment and she really liked the smoothies. I raved about it to my family. Tonight (Saturday at 5:20) 40 minutes before closing, I brought my mom and brother who was from Seattle in to get smoothies and the two girls looked super annoyed we came in. Everything was put away, no frozen yogurt, and no coffee. We still ordered drinks that we could and at check out the girl checking us out told me that next time I come in with a large party on a Saturday that I need to call ahead to order and Saturdays are their cleaning days. We ordered 7 drinks. I have a family of 8. We won’t be coming back considering they don’t want business. There are plenty of coffee shops who are much friendlier.

Good things:
* Staff was good and pleasant
* Produce, jams and ciders are great

Now to the poor experience..
Ordered 3 smoothies and a fruit parfait.
* Tropical wave - 0/5. It went straights to garbage bin after 2 sips.. and I never waste food. Had a very chemical after taste.
* Spinach Cal-C-Yum - nothing Yum about it. So much spinach that you can barely taste anything else. Half of it still went to garbage.
* Pechango - 4/5. The only one fairly decent one.
* Fruit parfait with greek yogurt - 3/5. Just okayish. Thing that was the most weird, they put oats in a plastic container inside the cup with yogurt. So for you to get it, get ready to be dirty. Especially if you try to eat it on the go as we did.
I was expecting more of the place, and maybe we just picked the worst smoothies on the menu, but ideally those shouldn’t even be there!
