Fruta Rayada El rey

The aguas frescas are far from authentic or good. You can easily tell by all the coloring they add. Looks like a rainbow. They are too sweet, lack flavor and they mix ice directly on the trays to over load the drinks with ice. It’s a scam. Their customer service is less than poor like the other reviews attest.

Came here a few weeks ago, and I can say that the fruit was very tasty, and sweet. And the man who was attending me was very kind.

They have a favorite drink of mine, but unfortunately a staff member at the Union Gap location really sours my experience each time I have been helped by her. A one time bad experience wouldn’t be a big deal, as we all have bad days. But this is every single time. My sister has also gone at least 3 separate times and has had the same experience. Maybe some training on customer service would be helpful to utilize as a business.

We bought a striped fruit and apart from being bad, "A CHEWED GUM CAME BETWEEN THE FRUIT"

It is with great pleasure that I find myself at this establishment. The fruit is of the utmost freshness and delectable taste. While I acknowledge the presence of negative reviews in the past, it appears that significant improvements have been made. I was provided with exceptional customer service, and the beverages were both expeditiously delivered and exceptionally palatable.

The strawberries with crema are my favorite! I only get them from there, everywhere else I’ve tried them just puts watery crema and it just don’t taste like anything but at Rey’s it’s thick and creamy, it’s a must try. Service was friendly and I did not have to wait long!

Friendly, fast and accurate! The shaved ice was delicious! Reasonably priced! Must try if you’re at the mall!! Fresh ingredients! Its a Mexicans dream!Thanks rayadas!

Horrible customer service came by today to get my waters and no one was at the register to attend to me waited for 15 minuets when another employee from a near by store saw me and my husband waiting and went to get a worker supposedly just for the employee to finally come out and shut the door on me never again will I go back there rude and super slow service
