I got the Golden Dragon roll and the Hawaiian Poke Bowl. Sushi roll was the best I’ve ever had. I will be back for it. The poke bowl was also great, however the fish was a bit flavorless in my opinion. Regardless, great food and I will be back for more sushi.

The chef was accommodating to our roll changes, but the spicy salmon roll wasn't actually spicy (I needed to add the provided wasabi to increase spice). The crunchy roll was delicious, and it was made promptly despite the busy hour.

An amazing food truck that is part of a food truck collective. There is a building that serves as the hub for all of them with tables and washrooms etc. Really great idea! It was really busy while we were there as there was some business having a Christmas party in the hub.
Our guy was working his butt off to get our food made. We waited a bit longer than expected, but the sushi was REALLY good and worth the minor wait.
