The people working here have no desire to be there, don't enjoy their job, and let the customers know it.. especially the people working at night.. terrible customer service, the faces of the one that has been spiteful since I came in at 8 am He said… takeout only 😆 I wasn't going to eat there anyway!!! Went in with my family ordered tacos of carne asada,lengua and tripa. Asada was dry and lengua and tripa was way to salty we could not eat them and salsas didn't help mask the taste. For drinks one family member got fresa-leche it was way to thick tasted like leche crema you put on fruit or 3 milks you mix to add on a tres leches cake. I got piña lime agua and it was gross very bitter like if they use limes that were going bad to make it. Cashiers customer service sucked every questioned we asked about the menu seemed to be a bother to her. Her face expression almost looked as if she tried so hard not to roll her eyes. We typically go to the Pasco location but the Kennewick location was closer to us at the time so we thought we would give it a try. Never again! Save your self the disapointment, same restaurant name but that doesn't mean the service is the same. If you really want Michoacana just go to the Pasco location they have better food and service there.

I ordered frozen fresas con crema and all they poured was the dressing that they put on the regular fresas con crema. This is the 3rd time I come to this place and leave disappointed. Don’t recommend. For sure not coming back

So disappointed of this place their aguas frescas aren't good at all. they are not even aguas they taste like milkshakes can't even drink it cuz of the thickness. I asked to get my money refund or get something else and the lady told me I couldn't because there was nothing wrong with my drink. I told her yes it is because I can't even drink it.

Went to buy a raspado de vanilla with lechera got it came home tried it and it tasted like ice itself no flavoring of vanilla or lechera tried calling to see what I could do with it but no answer the employees were also playing inappropriate reggaeton music not very family friend I will no longer be returning back here don’t recommend.
