Decent diner. Pricy sides.
Service was very good. Very friendly. Never found the bottom of my coffee cup. Some of the gentlemen that sit in there and I'm sure have coffee. Everyday were very pleasant. Not a ton of breakfasts items but enough to definitely have something for everyone. Their lunch and potentially dinner menu looks pretty darn good. If I'm back in that area again, it will definitely be some place I would consider stopping for breakfast

Today 2/4/25 at around 11am I invited my friend to the Hill’s Restaurant diner for breakfast. This outing was a disappointment. The server was consistently rude while taking our orders and throughout our visit. We experienced poor customer service all the way around. A breakfast that should have been hot was brought cold to us with burnt toast. Hopefully, management will address these issues.

After prior v good food ..we always came for the eggs Benedict, this experience Jan 2025 for a birthday brunch was horrible. Asked for extra crispy country potatoes...they were undercooked and tasteless. Eggs were hard, bechemel sauce was tasteless (out of a packet?)..ham was 2" wide and dry...manager comped the bill so tku (it would have bee $40-50)... someone has to sort out the cooking etc. and get this place back to the way it was a year and more ago...please.

Eggs Benedict are horrible. Tiny pieces of ham half the size of the English muffin. Undercooked eggs with runny whites. Great service though. Prob last time there.

This place has been open for years. Use to go with my mom when I was a kid. Good home cooked food

Biscuits and gravy were good. Sausage and cheese omelet was good except that the cheese wasn't melted. Hash browns were undercooked a bit. We went on a busy Saturday morning. Table was sticky, but servers were doing all they could to keep up and were friendly.

Ordered the clam chowder and sourdough toast. Clam chowder did not have a clam taste and whatever was in it didn't taste like clams. Toast was wonderful.

Hills is a diner style restaurant. The food is nothing fancy, but it's done well. There is not much better in life than having a slice of their homemade pies with ice cream. If you're looking for comfort food and a family like atmosphere, look no further than Hill's.

Hash browns: excellent, fresh, not greasy. Good eggs and omelettes; oatmeal not mush!
