HOOKED SEAFOOD BOIL & BAR

Came in and waited 20 mins to be sat, no problem. Got seated and ordered. Didn’t see our waitress again after receiving the drinks, didn’t get our food at all. We sat there for an hour and half, half an hour after they closed and NEVER got our food. They told us they gave it to the wrong table and could remake it but it’d take 10 mins. Which if you know how to cook seafood, it takes longer. We had to flag someone down to even notice that we hadn’t gotten anything and people who came after us got their food first. I will not be going there ever again, which is sad because I use to love the food. 2 hours in the restaurant and didn’t even get our dinner. Ruined a wedding anniversary. Honestly I’m so disappointed.

Slow service when not busy. Food was average.

Always a good meal! Boils have tons of great seasoning/options. Service could be a little better, but overall pretty solid! We go 2-3x/month and never have food issues.

Look for yourself and judge if it's not worth bothering with the bartender's special $12, you can't even tell the price

I ordered boil for one which supposed to include 5 pieces of sausage came home to eat and realized there was no sausage gave them a call and front desk was not very nice offered 5$ off and made it sound like i was lying, over 5 pieces of sausage!!!. Keep the 5$ were sticking with Crazy Crab!!!

I went with my husband for the first time. We got the boil for 2. The portions were small. 4 potatoes, 5 sausage pieces, and 1 corn. We got shrimp, clams, crabs, and lobster. The food got really cold fast. It had a lot of seasoning and made it feel dusty. We went home hungry and over 100 dollars less.

The food was good but because of the guy that works there that was wearing a blk shirt we won't be back . He was very rude to us and other employees. Good luck with that guy ..

It's a mixed bag of nuts.. I've gotten great orders from here in the past* until this last one.. where I got clam chowder, to go with my dinner I was making, & a slice of cheese cake (cuz I have stuff to celebrate) but sadly it was wayyyy over salted. I tried to call them, to tell them, not even expecting a replacement. I just wanted them to know whomever made it this night- put far too much salt.. maybe help others in the future.. no one answered, I didn't wanna leave a bad review... had they answered, their service stars would have gotten more than 1 star... 25 dollars for a slice of cheese cake & piece of bread.. sad day...

First time. Ordered diet coke, clam chowder, lobster tail, crab cluster. The chowder was ok. The rest was stuck in sme sort of bag with some sort of seasoned garlic gunk, and poured on to a metal bowl. The lobster was rolled up into a ball making it hard to unroll and eat. The crab was jammed full of the seasoned gunk. Lastly, the price was over $100 for the 2 of us!! So, the food was gross and the bill was 3 times what it would of been worth if it was eatable taste.

We were there with a group of 16, and we had made a reservation because of our size.

Food was a bit above average, but service was slow. I was one of the first people to receive my meal. I finished slightly before the last person was served. Groups 7 or more have an automatic 18% gratuity.

I will be back to see how it goes with 2 or 4 people.

Service was bad. Forgot things, so many things. Slow very slow. It was my first time and might be last time.
