Well, I had a mad craving for a pretzel. It was honestly the worst pretzel I've ever had. I ate half of it just because I was so hungry. The cheese dip....yuck. Who likes lumpy cheese dip. Essentially, fried bread. Zero pretzel taste. Bread in the shape of a pretzel is nit a pretzel The burger was less than average. Bun seemed stale. Sauces were weird. So glad I ordered them in the side. Service really sucked too. Sat down and was immediately welcomed and told water was coming. That water took 5 minutes. It wasn't even crowded. After the water finally arrived, it took another 10 minutes to be asked about food or a drink. I was ready to walk out. Probably should have. Taco Bell across the street might have been better or Bob's Burger and Brews. The Oktober Fest beer was just not that. I can't really come up with any redeeming qualities of this place. Oh wait....luckily, I am just passing through town and I'll never have to go back. Sure wish I could get that $60 back. Epic fail Hops n Drops. Epic fail.

Wow. It's not every day I get surprised like that. The place looked okay enough. We walked in and sat at the mostly empty bar and got a hello pretty quickly...and then it took a bit for anything else... Our food and beer were amazing disappointments across the board. The pretzel sucked. The Oktoberfest doesn't resemble any Oktoberfest beer I've ever had. The brat burger didn't taste like bratwurst. I just don't understand how it could all be so bad. Whatever. Good luck to ya.

Great food! I wish the veggie burger was gluten free but our server was quick to find out for us and the rest of the food was awesome

Not a fan

A fine experience tonight at hops and drops. In town for a day and glad I tried them tonight. Had a good stout, street tacos and dinner. The right amount of attentive servers and attention.

Worste food in the tri cities. Went here last night and the food was basically inedible and gave one of my kids food poisoning. The manager walking around last night looked like she has no idea what she was doing and completely in over her head. The entire place was extremely chaotic and servers dont even know what people order!

Friendly, professional, and quick! These guys are awesome.

The Fiesta Mac & Cheese was absolutely amazing! Full of flavor, not lacking of fresh ingredients, and my only regret is not getting a photo of that creamy, cheesy goodness! And the service was quite wonderful as well - thanks for an enjoyable evening reconnecting with old friends!

We stopped by for dinner after driving over 15 hours, and this was the closest place open after 9 o'clock and everything was just great! We were seated immediately, our server Tiffany was awesome(even stopped us from ordering too much) who does that?
Our food came quickly, was hot, perfectly prepared. The staff here is great, atmosphere is nice, I really can't think of anything I didn't like...I would definitely recommend Hops n Drops to anyone in the area.

The spouse and I ate here last week. We split a western burger and tots.

The burger was excellent. The tots were also very good.

The server, Kiefer I think was his name, was excellent. Friendly and attentive.

Our meal was split for us and placed on two separate plates. While not expected it is always nice when splitting a meal to have that done for you.

As a side note we have eaten here several times over the years, including when it was Hop Jacks, and the food...and drinks are always consistently excellent. Management deserves some kudos for this.

Put simply, the food and service have always been reliably good.
