Placed a $65 pickup order, asked for a tiny pizza to have a softer underside since my great grandfather has no teeth. Staff agreed when we placed the order. When we picked up staff reassured me it was cooked “till the meat was cooked”, and should be good.

All of the pizzas we got were over cooked, and burn around the edges. Including the pizza that was specifically made for my great grandfather. It’s hard to say the pizza was good because it was overcooked. Unfortunately everyone who ate the pizza was disappointed with what we received for $65.

Pizza was undercooked. Never had this problem before. The person taking order was unfriendly and ignored customers

Been at Hubby’s Pizza for 35 minutes and we are still waiting for our pizza. Here’s the kicker: there are only 4 people in the building, including us. Then, to make matters worse, we found out they gave out pizza to another person in the building and then tried to give it back to us. So now we are waiting for a new pizza to be cooked. Molly is the best and has been the best for the last 15 years of coming here. Kiki, the cook, needs some work on her customer service - touching her hair while making pizza, talking on the phone with her AirPods, and just being rude in general. Hate that this place has gone downhill since the change of ownership.

Great Pizza

It's genuinely disappointing to share this, as my family and I have fond memories of enjoying this establishment in the past. However, recent experiences have unfortunately led to a significant decline in both the service and the food quality. Despite giving it a few tries, the consistently poor experiences have made it difficult to recommend this place for pizza any longer.

It had been awhile since we had a Hubby's Pizza and ordered a large pizza for take out. The pizza was good after removing the mushrooms... they were like rubber. Another issue I had was when I used my debit card, it automatically added a 29% tip onto my bill. I was never given the option to add a 20% tip, which is what I normally do at places we eat. It's going to be awhile before we go back.

Pizza was disappointing. $26 for a medium two topping, little ceasars is a better option.

Pizza was disgusting. Haven’t been for years and now I remember why!

Been coming here for a long time. 20+.years Newer owners but same great pizza. The crust is crispy and pizza large family size feeds a family of 3 or 4. I usually order 2 or 3 to feed family of seven and we get a half pizza for left overs. The service could be friendlier but still good. Salad bar is good but tends to be expensive for one plate at about $10.

Kid-friendliness: Have video games and prize type games.

I have no idea why anyone would give their pizza a good review. I've come many times throughout 20+ years thinking hey maybe they have gotten better since it was bad on a previous order, well no, not at all, they haven't changed and the taste is simply terrible. The sauce is the worst as it is a weird tasting red mush. I am a major pizza guy and would hardly ever complain about pizza places around the Tri-Cities, but I just can't believe how this place is still in business.

Best pizza in Tri Cities!!! Tons of toppings on our pizza!!! Felt like I traveled back in time 20 years when toppings weren't skimpy. Their gluten-free crust was AWESOME!!!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free crust was AMAZING!!!
