Cierra was a fantastic server today!! Food was delicious and the atmosphere was delightful. What an amazing place for lunch.
Food was good but the halibut is definitely not fresh like it used to be they were sticks not the best
The halibut and beer-battered fries were fantastic—fresh, crispy, and full of flavor! The clam chowder was amazing as well, clearly homemade and bursting with fresh ingredients. The peach cobbler was absolutely incredible—full of flavor, with perfectly baked oats and peaches that had just the right touch of crisp on the edges.
Unfortunately, the service from my assigned server, Stephania, was disappointing. It took nearly 20 minutes before she first stopped by my table, and by then another server, Megan, had already brought me my drink. Stephania only took my order for water and my meal, but Megan ended up delivering the food.
I ate my entire plate without receiving silverware or my soup, and had to get up to ask for them myself. While I was doing that, I saw my server outside chatting with friends. Meanwhile, Megan continued to check on me, refilled my water several times, and eventually took over my table and handled my check.
If I could rate the food and Megan’s service separately, both would be 5 stars. I hope management takes note of the service issue so the dining experience can match the quality of the food.
Fun bar to have a drink
I loved the food and Shannon's service, excellent, very professional, nice place, good atmosphere, I will return.
Food was great. Beer was great. But the sunset on the water was perfection.
The doors to the place would not open when i got there. I met a couple of other people that i was meeting, and they could not get the doors open either. I asked a new customer that i didn't know to open the door, and she also had a hard time opening the doors. But she finally did get them open. No one from inside the restaurant came to assist us when 4 of us were outside the front and only door. The restaurant was very cold inside once we went in. The waitress was very good and got us all water right away. And took the drink orders. When delivering the drinks, she started taking orders for food right away. She was very efficient. The food was good. It is a bit on the expensive side. I feel the other location for eating at Ice Harbor had better food, but that is a personal opinion.
The worst service. The staff wouldnot seat us because they said it was too much work.... lots of open tables. They hate people who like boats. Oh well. Good luck!
Excellent meal and friendly staff! Thanks, Jordan for a great service while we enjoyed our lunch on the patio!
We visited mid afternoon two days in a row. Pulled pork mac and cheese, good and hearty, Marina Louie very good (Atlantic red crab in the PNW??), Southwest chicken wrap excellent, Tess's red ale meatloaf very good. Also a couple of great IPA's but not all beers were available at the time of our visit and wine menu was also in flux.

food was mid service was good. nice location
Beer (house IPA and house hazy IPA) was 2/5, extremely bitter without the depth of flavor I've come to expect from craft IPAs.
Food was 3/5, I've had worse but it was very bland.
Well I’m not sure if we happened to come on an off night, but we had a very disappointing time. We were from out of town and a friend recommended this place. We went on sat 4/5 around 7. We were excited to see the view and relax with food and a beer. Instead we had to wait 10 minutes, even though there were tables open due to a large party in front of us. Fine, but no one said hello or acknowledged us at all. When they finally got us a table the woman seemed stressed and wouldn’t let us sit to see the marina view even though there were tables, saying they had to balance out the tables. Fine, but that was a bummer, since it’s why we went to that location. The food was ok, as was the beer. All the staff seemed rushed and understaffed. At the end we got a $70 and a poor experience. Maybe it was an off night for them.
Had the gouda mac. It was super good! My bf got thw blackened salom burger with beer batter fries. The beer batter fries werent good.
Great location and friendly staff. The drinks were better than average; the beer was served in a chilled mug but the beer itself was not very cold. The beer basil clam appetizer dish was the best part of the meal. Perfectly cooked, a good amount of clams and the red ale beer butter garlic broth was exceptional. The clam chowder was thick and creamy with large clam pieces. The house salad (with balsamic dressing) was very tasty. The new spicy burger contained a good quality wagyu beef patty. The tangerine mango spicy sauce complimented the burger very well. The bread to meat to sauce ratio was good. For someone who is not used to eating spicy food, you may want to choose another entree. The batch of fries was not as fresh as we’d hoped for. All in all, a delicious meal and we will definitely return.
