Nice atmosphere I will give them that. We’ve given it a try twice now while boating. First time in we ate in the restaurant, second time we ordered our food to go and for the same price the portions were insanely smaller versus what we got when we did dine in, but we paid the same price…I think this place skimps and cuts corners where they can. Their nachos are ridiculous. They don’t use shredded cheese, they use processed weird queso like you would get from gas station nachos. I’m pretty sure their nacho sides (guacamole and salsa) are Great Value brand from Walmart. Which is fine but to charge almost $20 for nachos you’d think they’d actually make their sides in house or atleast at the minimum use shredded cheese. I wish I would have taken a picture of the portion difference from our two visits because that’s the thing that appalled me the most. Their wraps are good though, they couldn’t shrink the size of a tortilla to make it “to go” so that makes sense.

Ice Harbor has become our Friday night place. The food is always superb! The drinks are amazing! The service is ALWAYS top notch! We have never had a bad experience, bad food, or bad drinks. The atmosphere is awesome too! We love sitting outside on the patio. All around two thumbs up! Best place in TC!
It's been a while since we've been here, and it looks like post COVID their menu was changed to pub food. If you want typical pub food, you'd be happy. Don't get me wrong, I like pub food. However, we came here for date night and were expecting a more refined menu that we've enjoyed in the past. I had the mushroom burger. Although delicious as it was, it was impossible to actually eat it as a burger in its entirety. I had to use a fork and knife for it so the top bun was irrelevant. My wife had their nachos. These were abysmal nachos. Sure the 1/2 order was huge, but the flavor was just meh. We think it was the queso they used, it overpowered everything (e.g., chicken, olives, tomatoes). Maybe the use of shredded cheese, instead of queso? Again, I want to reiterate that our expectations were from the old menu. It's a nice location, and the staff are friendly.

Our overall experience was great! I really enjoyed the staff. They worked well as a team to make sure everyone was being taken care of. We sat outside for lunch after perusing along the river front. The food hit the spot and was on par for what you'd expect from a brew pub. I would definitely visit again.

This was our first time here, and we had a very bad experience. Our server seated us and then forgot about us for a long time. When we inquired of another waitress where our server went, she said there was a mixup, and he had to go home, but then we saw him meander around for the next hour while we waited on our food. We ordered ratatouille which was recommended by the server and added steak on top, which was supposed to be medium rare. It says additional charge, but you have no idea how much. Later I found out it cost an additional nine dollars to have a skinny pale pork chop (40% fat - 60% meat) that was supposed to pass as a steak laid on top of what seemed to be marinara sauce over rice and a couple cheap vegetables. I’ve had ratatouille before, and this was not even close.Definitely won’t return.

We don't go to this specific location often. We prefer the old original. We've recently started going again and the food and service has definitely gotten better. The only thing we didn't like was they automatically added a service tip for the kitchen without letting us know. We did not notice this until after we paid. This did not sit well with our group. When we questioned it, the waiter apologized and explained it, so we didn't want to make a scene, but, this will be the reason we probably won't keep this on our list of 'go-to' places. So, if you don't mind that portion, the food is good, the acoustics can get loud, but, is a descent place to hang out..
