If I could give a lower star rating, I would. Jack in the box is my favorite fast food restaurant and don’t have it in the state I live in so I was so excited to walk in and get this…however, I would say NEVER go to this location! What a joke! Ordered 14 tacos and 3 fries and two of the fries were curly with bacon and cheese on top. They put BOTH orders into one container so they had to be shared and as for the tacos…covered in sauce. So much that it was soaking through the bags and casing them to tear open and get sauce everywhere. So annoyed. Couldn’t even enjoy. When it was mentioned to the workers I was told, “sorry don’t know how you wanted the food”…we ordered it the way we wanted it…don’t waste your time or money at this location. Find a different location.

The people who work night shift on 1/4/2025 around 10pm are horrible!! They try to help with a coupon which i understand that I didn’t work , that didn’t upset me but what did is that after they try to send us off with fries we order without asking if we wanted something else, after we order a chicken sandwich they took a while and their time by talking and laughing at each other making us wait then messed our order up, if you’re gonna be talking and listening to each other at least listen to the order right like damn. The fries were half cooked too !! These workers actually suck.

Just like others two females one male. They gotten my order wrong so many times. When I pulled up all three were laughing at the window and ignoring me. Those three need to be talked to or replace being it’s not just me that has received the order wrong and bad service. Will not be going back anymore waste of money, time, and gas.

Would not come back. Got a jumbo jack combo, burger was okay. It was 3:30 in the afternoon, only one family in the lobby. They had a full basket of reg fries & a full basket of curly fries already cooked in the stay hot staging area??? We got some of those very, very old French fries. I don't know why they aren't cooking them to order hot, instead have a whole bunch extra sitting there for how long? Then serving them to customers. It isn't even a busy time of the day. The loaded mini tacos were disappointing, just lettuce & taco sauce thrown on top. Just get the classic tacos. You can eat a bad sandwich, but you shouldn't have too. But the fries ONLY take 2 mins to cook. People spend too much money for fast food for it to be old & cold. Give people hot fries..I don't get it.

Got some tiny tacos that were so gross. The "meat" or whatever the hell that is, was black like it had been cooking for HOURS. The guy in the drive-thru was kind of rude at first, maybe he was the only one working. This was at 2:30am and it wasn't busy at all so there was no excuse to not have fresh food.
We RARELY eat fast food, but when we road trip to visit the kids it becomes a necessity. The staff at this jack in the box are always friendly, kind, approachable and seem to have a good time interacting with their customers and each other. Nice to hear staff laughing with each other - which we've experienced each of our visits here (3?). Restaurant is clean, food is hot and fresh and fast, and great customer service.

I will never order from here again. Fries are stale you can’t even eat them. The burgers look like someone sat on them. They didn’t even make part of my order for my kid. I called they told me that I had to come in to get them or to get my refund. I think it is complete B.S. that they can’t do a refund over the phone. The worst experience I have ever had ordering food.

Honestly kind of disappointed in my order. I ordered 4 monster wrapped tacos, a number 6 combo, 2 large fries, large onion rings, and 5 Jr. Cheese burgers. Instead of giving me the burger from combo 6 they added an extra Jr. Cheese burger. So I paid $10 for a burger that's less then $4 on the kids menu.
