Memorable location for all the wrong reasons. Staff is pretty consistently rude and they frequently have 4+ cars pulled into the parking lot waiting to have food brought out so they can appease corporate ticket times. Then because the employees have to walk out to your car they have an attitude. Was there on the 23rd of December and there were at least 7 of us parked in the parking lot so they could circumvent the ticket tracker. Homeless/panhandlers frequent the tables outside so they can hit up everyone going in the drive through.

Ordered on uber eats they dont have sauces on there at all called 10x no one picked up never have they tried to charge because its not my fault its not on the app and I cant order it would gladly pay for it if they would have picked up the phone but already paying a premium price for uber to begin with and no other jack in the box has done this anywhere ever just surprised and the understand of their customers needs and inability to pick up the phone!

Nice little coffee hut! Access is easy and the coffee is mediocre. The gal working the window was very polite and engaging.

If I could give this location a lower score I would, this is the worst Jack in the Box to ever exist. The customer service here is the worst! The lady taking orders is miserable because she works in fast food, please get her a new job elsewhere because she is treating your loyal customers like crap. She begins by passive aggressively answering every question then we lost it when we heard her clicking through the speaker as if she is an alien on Predator. She repeatedly says she can’t hear you and you are basically yelling through the speaker at the top of your lungs, I swear she is doing this to see how much she can get away with or to push some buttons, just because she knows she can, etc. Or perhaps she hopes you’ll drive away in frustration I don’t know. I know she can hear me because as soon as I am done talking or was done saying my order (about the 5th time yelling it out) she immediately would respond after I was done that she couldn’t hear me…she would say “if you’re talking I can’t hear you” lol.

I believe that she hates working in fast food and is miserable and embarrassed of working there so she wants to make others miserable. I don’t know her name, nor do I care to but this person is making your restaurant look very bad. This particular time, I asked for a special request on a sandwich with extra mayo and a sausage patty, nothing spectacular and nothing a rocket scientist would need to figure out…it’s simple…but when I came up to the window she said she was only doing this “just this once” and then asked me to pull up in the front to wait for my food. After about a 10 minute wait with no other cars because it’s about 1 am, she comes out with my food and says nothing and basically just throws it at me. At least that’s what it felt like, a forceful handover of my food. No thank you, no nothing. What has happened to customer service? I get home and look in the bag and open up the sandwich, no sausage patty. Of course, she didn’t listen or did it on purpose. I didn’t eat it because I felt like they might have done something to it anyway. I don’t even feel comfortable with how long it took to bring my food out. No thanks.

Went to counter to order and was told to use self service. One customer at the one and only order unit near counter which another stepped over us to use. Why are there not a bank of them? Why not let customers have a heads up it is self service? She said she had 5 drive ups ahead in a rude manor and we would have to wait on them before she took an inside order. What a mess! We left without ordering and will never go back.

If I could, I would give them an even lower score. The store was dirty, and I had to clean off the table and chair before I could even sit down. My brother is diabetic and came in after me. They treated me just fine, but the employees were so rude to my brother, who is also mentally delayed. UNEXCUSABLE!!! If I had seen them treat anyone the way they treated him, mentally delayed or not, I would've defended that person. Had he not already taken his insulin and meds, I would've taken him to a different restaurant. We'd been to this Jack in the Box before and didn't like it but my brother wanted to go there so we went, I thought maybe they'd changed Management and gotten better...I WAS WRONG and, sadly, we will never go there again, not even if they were the last Jack in the Box in the world!!!

12:30 in the afternoon, service was fast, food was NASTY, the bun was flattened and super wrinkled and stale like it had expired a week ago. Fry’s were very old like they have been sitting there all day. Not a happy camper…

Went and ordered breakfast at the CLEARWATER location. The food for the amount of money that we pay was the portion size of a toddler. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito number 27 and Received no eggs in the burrito. Their food is not very good and I think this is the last time We will ever go there. It’s very disappointing to go to an establishment like Jack in the box and not only get attitude from the employees who give off the vibe of not wanting to be there but getting small portions. We’re not toddlers. We are adult.

I had a terrible experience at this Jack in the Box. **charged me to use the restroom**—something I’ve never seen at a fast-food chain. The staff showed zero courtesy, and the overall attitude was unprofessional. I won’t be returning, and I advise others to avoid this location unless they enjoy poor service and ridiculous policies.

UPDATE. 3-12-25 Asked for tacos light lettuce. It was full. 3-13-25 Asked for tacos light lettuce, even more lettuce this time. NEVER GOING BACK. OWNERS FAULT.

Pic 3: 10/4/22 around 1pm... toasted but no sausage on a Loaded breakfast jack for $5.42. They never get it right. Scared to pay more for a burger or meal. Dude at the window was cool.

Pic 2: same exact thing. First time back in a yr . The attitude and this time I was clear on toasted. He said "ok". Nothin. They just don't care. This is the future of young peoples attitude toward work.

Pic 1: The kid working the window on June 26... Around 3 pm... Had a "ur wasting my time attitude", asked specifically for my food "well done"... He said ok. It was barely even cooked. They just don't care. "Gettem in gettem out." It's hit and miss when I go to JitB. THAT ... Is an owners responsibility. "Let it run itself so I don't need to deal."... God I miss Hawaii

Not only was the food mediocre, but they let a street lady go camp in their bathroom. Also, at this specific location, they supposedly will only give two sauces on a thirty dollar order & any additional sauce costs a quarter. I can't wait to not eat here again.
