UPDATE. 3-12-25 Asked for tacos light lettuce. It was full. 3-13-25 Asked for tacos light lettuce, even more lettuce this time. NEVER GOING BACK. OWNERS FAULT.

Pic 3: 10/4/22 around 1pm... toasted but no sausage on a Loaded breakfast jack for $5.42. They never get it right. Scared to pay more for a burger or meal. Dude at the window was cool.

Pic 2: same exact thing. First time back in a yr . The attitude and this time I was clear on toasted. He said "ok". Nothin. They just don't care. This is the future of young peoples attitude toward work.

Pic 1: The kid working the window on June 26... Around 3 pm... Had a "ur wasting my time attitude", asked specifically for my food "well done"... He said ok. It was barely even cooked. They just don't care. "Gettem in gettem out." It's hit and miss when I go to JitB. THAT ... Is an owners responsibility. "Let it run itself so I don't need to deal."... God I miss Hawaii

Not only was the food mediocre, but they let a street lady go camp in their bathroom. Also, at this specific location, they supposedly will only give two sauces on a thirty dollar order & any additional sauce costs a quarter. I can't wait to not eat here again.

I make the order at 10:54 pm. I specifically asked for the burger without ranch, no bacon, no cheese, and everything else that come with it was okay. I asked her before paying if she was making right the order and they didn’t . They had to do it again and I had to wait longer than I should have waiting and when they gave to me the order they only gave to me the bread with the chicken

We tried to get food at 4am. Website clearly says open 24 hrs. Change it if that’s not true. We were waiting at the speaker then decided to drive up and we were met with a rude manager she said “the system restarts EVERYDAY around this time” and we said okay how long will that take and she said 30 mins. Change your open time online or be nicer to your customers. She just shut the window didn’t say sorry for your wait or anything. Didn’t see her name tag but she was a bigger white lady and seemed like the manager. The other lady In there was washing her hands and starting everything up atleast which was nice. Hope the rude lady cleans her hands as well! Don’t want anyone to catch the rude disease

If you've never been to Jack in the Box Before, The Ultimate Bacon Double Smash Jack is worth $10 whereas the Big Macs from McDonalds just don't seem to hold their value

It's a busy location with great free wifi. Out door seating area is generally littered with a colorfully eclectic group of the residentially challenged. Food is pretty good, but the sandwichs can run on the dry side sometimes.

My daughter wanted some tacos & a small fir before dropping her off at work it was 4:45 pm my daughter had to be at work at 5 pm ! they told me they only had fries because they were filtering the fryers so I ordered her a jr bacon cheeseburger & a small frie pull up to the window and asked him did you get the small frie I ordered the guy at the window closes the window and proceeds to ask someone in the back! So he opens the window and proceeds to tell me I needed to go back around because there was a car behind me like really I gave you my order at the speaker and you didn't add it so y do I have to go back around! So I told him you said you only had fries I ordered them so he proceeds to tell me I had to go back around moral of this post is that I'm a assistant manager at a fast food two I understand if I had a big order or if I wasn't in a hurry to take my daughter to work I would of gone back around even though it wasn't my fault but my order was only $6 me as a assistant manager if you already have the fries ready y not just add it on they weren't busy it was literally me and the car behind me and lobby looked empty so disappointed every time i go there's always a problem never again am i going here it was a easy fix but they wanted to be petty after they messed up ?

I had the worst experience at this Jack in the box on Clearwater; I was having lunch with my daughter in law; I have been having medical issues and i needed to use the restroom so I ran ahead of my daughter and went and asked for the cashier lady if I could please get the key to the restroom; she asked me if I was going to eat there at the restaurant; I said yes of course; with a disrespectful tone she informed me that the restroom was in use; at this time my daughter entered the restaurant and we ordered i tried to pay with a $100.00 bill. She looked over and said NO I can't break that $100.00. I sould of saved my money and left. But my daughter had change. I still need to use the restroom; I banged on the bathroom door and there was know one in there. So I approached the same lady and told her there was no one in the restroom. She looked at me and said, Oh, believe me the restroom is occupied. I sat back down with my food I could not eat at this time. I get back up to ask for the key again; and a sweet young man came from the back and knocked on the bathroom door; and low and behold the restroom was empty; I thanked him; he knew what was up. Not only was she rude; and very unprofessional; I am 59 yrs. old and dealing w/ some medical issues; I am having concerns about other seniors citizens and the handicapped ; how are others being treated at this establishment? I won't be back!

Oh, we were there on 10-03 -2024 @ around 2:20 pm check the camera's.

Ordered the Garden salad with grilled chicken...

This has been my lunch of choice for almost a month (but I usually get it from the Richland Jack in the box).

I was served about 1/3 nhr normal lettuce (some was turning brown), and half of the few tiny tomatoes in the salad had gone bad....

This is the worst salad I have ever been served!

In the future I will just drive the extra 15 minutes to the Richland location for lunch.

Side note: the drivethru speaker sounded horrible today.

This place is terrible. For a very long time the employees have been rude, unhelpful, and uncaring. Today I went there after placing an online order early in the morning (I work graveyard and decided to bring home food for my family), and I'm greeting at the drive thru with, "we can't do fried food." No hey, hello, how are you, naw. I tell them okay, but I placed a mobile order with a few fried things so we'll need to figure that out. They have me pull around and magically their fryer is working and my food was made. Just shows they were lying and wanted to just not cook anything fried. The person at the window also wasn't kind and didn't say anything about it and just shoved the food in my face to get me out of there without asking questions. Then I get home to discover my breakfast sandwiches are missing from the order. So that's cool. I'm over this place, won't give them another chance.
