Terrible. Both times ordered. Both times were not right. Extremely frustrating. Recommend not to Grubhub. They cut corners when you do.
Hate to say it but go to store and babysit!!! Make sure it’s cooked and prepared right? Grrt

Sandwich was pretty good, bacon and turkey were perfect, bread was a little dry and overbaked, root bear was great, plenty of napkins and such. I think $38 for 2 sandwiches was too much

My wife and I love JM sandwiches, and we frequent this particular establishment often. I did post a review with 2-3 stars on it, but I am revising my review.

I do think the seating is a bit crammed though so I will leave 4/5 for atmosphere.

The owner of the store, Tim, saw my review and reached out to me personally. He gave me his personal cell number to use if I have any more complaints. The store manager also left me a voicemail apologizing. I have to say, it was good response to a bad situation. I am understanding that Tim also spoke to the workers at the store about fixing the issues. They also refunded the charge for the food, which I didn't ask for and honestly felt like it wasn't necessary. I love paying good money for good food and if the food isn't good then I just move on. But the sentiment is received and appreciated.
All this is to say, I'm happy with the outreach and level of concern. And I'm glad because JM does make a great sandwich. I really hope they pay closer attention to the orders in the future and I'm hoping to enjoy more Jersey Mike sandwiches. I've adjusted my rating to reflect how I felt treated by Tim, the store manager, and my dining experience minus the negative experiences that were addressed.

I ordered turkey with provolone. The bread was very dry like it was old. Found no maynaise. Cheese sliced thinner than paper. We will not be ordering again.

Solid crew these guys were just killing it getting out orders very professional food was excellent just watching these guys work was awesome they paid attention to all the details also.

Great sub, big portions, little bit spendy, but worth it.

Got wrong food on door dash despite it being on a list to see what the customer does and doesnt want. Still ate it because i didnt feel like waiting another 40 minutes for my food, so it wasnt horrible.
