I’ve been to 3 different Jersey Mikes in last month. The first was the best in Calif. I ordered a steak sandwich with extra meat, onions and mushrooms only.
I went to the Kennewick store and ordered the sandwich to go. Granted it was lunch time and they were busy. They had a young girl working the grill. She moved like it was her first day. I watched as she made three steak sandwiches. I watched her put cheese on all 3. Suspecting one was mine I brought that to an employees attn. she confirmed one was and offered to make a new one. I just suggested taking the cheese off as they are slices and it had not yet melted. She did that.
I get the sandwich to go and it did not have extra meat and it did not have any mushrooms. Given the cost of these sandwiches I expect the level of service and quality of product to be commensurate with the price. I also expect consistency from one store to the next.
I’ll give these guys one more shot and then I’ll move on.

Skip the Kennewick location all together. Every single time we order from this particular store, the sandwiches are either wrong or missing. Take the extra time and go to the Richland location, they’ve been 100% every single time.

I enjoy these sandwiches. I had a #5 with everything. I thought the guy making my sandwich took his time, applied the right amount of toppings, and everything was fresh. Employees looked like they were happy. Family of three, we got out with drinks, chips, and three sandwiches for almost $60. That part sucks. Also, the seating, very small footprint, ate outside at Starbucks. No issues.

Two of us went in for dinner and ordered two sandwiches.
They cut the meat after we ordered the sandwiches which is "fresh" but gimmicky.
The music in the store and the large, plexiglass shielding between the worker and the customer made it difficult for him to hear us (wrong bread, wrong sandwich, etc.) bread and us to hear him (Did we want sauces, spices, etc.?). There isn't much seating. One other guy was eating there and left a mess at a large table so we only had two other options.
The bread quality was lacking. Maybe it was because it was the end of the day but the tops of both sandwiches were dried out and turned into piles of crumbs. The bottom was coated with dense corn meal. That's fine for part of the baking process but it interfered with the texture and taste of the sandwich.
The fillings were average. The oil and vinegar were the only thing that saved these sandwiches from being desert-dry. Even with mayo - the only "normal" condiment available- it was just palatable. The had pepper paste and peppers available also but no other toppings or sauces.
It seems they limit the options available for their convenience not for customers getting a great sandwich. It was fairly quick to get the sandwiches, but with limited options, it should be fast.
In summary, if you want the exact sandwich they offer -and you get it when the bread is fresh - it's an okay but expensive sandwich. If you want a sandwich that has multiple cheese options, filling options, and condiment variety...go somewhere else.
Parking: With fighting the MOD pizza parking, multiple handicap spots, and Starbucks drive-thru it required some timing and waking to get to the right storefront.

The service was quite nice, the food is quite phoned in, but what do you expect from a modern Subway knockoff? As for atmosphere... what atmosphere? And to even give the food 3 stars is due to the necessary bell curve all food in the Tri-Cities requires. Not that JM's is a Tri-C original, but it fits right in with the rest of the mediocrity, so I'll grade it on the curve too.

Our famous Philly sub was amazing. I wish the restaurant had a little bit more seating but staff was great. It was only one low table for four and one high table for four but I understand space is limited because it’s not a very big shop.

They were playing Mr. Big's "To Be With You" when we walked in, and I felt at home IMMEDIATELY. One of the 1st rock songs I learned how to play on organ!
I sighed on relief as the AC hit me. A tall handsome man who worked there asked me, " so you LIKE this music???" I said,"hell yeah! The 90's are BACK!" We dapped fists and smiled knowingly. "Mr. Big, right?" "Yeah! You're P.I.?" "Yup! That's my husband. He drives me crazy!" "Yeah I drive my wife crazy too."
That summarizes my 2nd visit to this Jersey Mike's and well everytime I come to one, I have a good experience even if my order is late, I don't mind. It's usually my fault. I have communication problems. Long live Jersey Mike's!
We ALWAYS order the same thing everytime Club Supreme Mike's Way!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the weird answer they gave me when I asked about a military discount . What seemed to be the "lead" guy seemed confused, as he said, "well, no. But, well, we do for officers." I asked him, "so if my husband shows you his badge, " at which point he interrupted me, and said it's only "on duty officers. " Then he said he's only following the owners rules. Longer story short, we did enjoy our sandwiches. Fyi, my husband is in his 60's and a Cold War Vet.
