I’ll start by saying I’ve worked at a jimmy John’s so I know the deal. This staff needs an overhaul. Stopped in for 4 sandwiches and 20 min later they got 3/4 of the orders correct. After getting the lady who ordered after us our sandwiches. After dropping someone’s order on the floor. After making 30 sandwiches for a catering order before dealing with customers in store. There were 4 employees working front of house and they this still took place. It was great dealing with my 8 year old who didn’t have bacon on her sandwich when I paid for them to ADD BACON. What happened to freaky fast? More like a freaking joke.

Unbelievably slow, 4 people standing around talking. No one ahead of us in line, had to go up and ask for our food after 15 minutes. Still not done made when we asked.

They were awesome, I picked up a huge lunch at 10:30. They opened the door 10 minutes early and we're making all of the food incredibly fast all while being incredibly busy. I will start using them for catering a lot more with this kind of service!!!! They even recommended I sign up for the rewards program, which I did

I placed an order for cash and I called the store to make sure the delivery driver could break a 50$ bill and I was assured that they can. When he arrived he didn’t know anything about the request and I had to call in and use my debit card.

First off could barely hear them, asked if they where doing the free combo after 2pm, they said yes, I ordered at around 3pm. Asked for a small drink they charged me for a medium, then I still got charged for my combo. Which btw very overpriced.

Delicious sandwich. Nice employees. Just taking off 1 star. There was one employee with long hair that was wearing a visor, but the hair was just spilling over it, you couldn't even tell there was a visor on at first. The hair was not long enough to pull back in a bun or anything. Maybe wear a net to protect the food. It took me by surprise. Also, offering upgrades without mentioning the extra cost should be stopped. If I ask for the original combo, that means I want just that.... Not a larger drink or cheese... It felt sneaky the way I was asked what size drink I wanted. If it comes with the 22oz, that's what I want. If I want larger, I will ask if I can get the larger drink and expect to be told it will cost more. Maybe it's a training strategy to make more money? But it felt sneaky. Otherwise, of course I will be back. I like Jimmy John's over the other sandwich places. But I appreciate honesty and I hope my review offers a constructive criticism, not a bashing. No hate... Just some of these things might not be on the radar.

They had one girl working there. When you think about it, Jimmy Johns provides the building and ingredients and the one employee is essentially running the entire business for minimum wage; she's basically a partner. Not a bad business model if you're the person not getting royally screwed and are okay with taking advantage of people.

I go to Jimmy John’s allot. It’s my favorite place to go. However, I’m really worried about the customer service. I asked multiple employees and then the manager to assist me in singing up for the rewards app because I go so much, not just for me but for my staff and family.

I get the emails, I get the texts. I get no rewards. And somehow no one knows how to help fix this. Almost seems the rewards app is false advertising because it has never worked for me.

Great food! But poor customer service.

I have a high tomato allergy and normally have a hard time with finding places to eat that will make sure no tomato cross contamination happens. They really step up here and make sure. Taylor (staff) not only remembers my sandwich that I order, but also the tomato allergy. Yesterday I was having a bad day, very tired because I've been caring for my mom that just had brain surgery. I locked my keys in my car. Taylor called to see if she could get me help. She is awesome at customer service and as long as you have friendly, helpful staff, I will be there eating!! Thank you Taylor!!!!
