Clearwater Store. Friday 10/24/25 @5pm. Waited 3-4 minutes for someone to take order, while2-3 cars came up behind me. Ordered a Tuna Sub. Pulled up to window and waited another 15 minutes, as well as the cars behind me. Watched the 2 boys making sandwiches, throwing across room like foot balls. I yelled that I only ordered 1 sandwich throw the window. One of them heard me and handed me (what I thought to be) my tuna sub. Get home, open my sub and it was an Italian sub. It was actually very delicious. I would have rather had tomatoes than the onions on it tho. I’m sure whoever gets my tuna is not going to be as happy as I was.

This place is know for hot sandwiches. today i ask if i could have my bacon heated up by itself not the sub.and i was told sorry cant heat the cold bacon only sub i was like seriously. The long hair guy in there is completely lazy and disrespectful. the sandwich is already over priced like come on heat the bacon redickusle

Came in and no other customers, placed order to go and it was wrong, of course we were 10 miles away when we discovered the mistake.. not going back...

They have switched to Uber for deliveries. Before it was about 15 minutes to deliver (Freaky Fast), but now it consistently 35-70 minutes to deliver (5 minute drive).

The sandwiches are great, but it took over 40 minutes to get our food. The store was not busy, just one or two people waiting other than us, and the staff were moving as slow as possible, mostly talking and messing around, with no one making the sandwiches consistently. The sandwich line was empty most of the time, even with 5+ employees standing around.

I’ll start by saying I’ve worked at a jimmy John’s so I know the deal. This staff needs an overhaul. Stopped in for 4 sandwiches and 20 min later they got 3/4 of the orders correct. After getting the lady who ordered after us our sandwiches. After dropping someone’s order on the floor. After making 30 sandwiches for a catering order before dealing with customers in store. There were 4 employees working front of house and they this still took place. It was great dealing with my 8 year old who didn’t have bacon on her sandwich when I paid for them to ADD BACON. What happened to freaky fast? More like a freaking joke.

Unbelievably slow, 4 people standing around talking. No one ahead of us in line, had to go up and ask for our food after 15 minutes. Still not done made when we asked.
