Excellent chicken katsu and chicken teriyaki served here. The price definitely reflects the amount of food you get. Staff is very kind and polite. This is probably some of the best teriyaki in the tri cities area.

I started getting food here a month ago and have been here four times since. First off, the kindness on the other end of the phone is unmatched and equally as kind in person always showing gratitude and giving me a free sample of an appetizer to try! So kind, for that reason I keep coming back. The food being good is just the plus ;) hope they never close!

J's is one my favorite spots for big portions at reasonable prices. Reminds me a little of the places I used to eat regularly while working all over Downtown Los Angeles. It's not the prettiest, but the food is always good. The owner is amazing and I enjoy supporting a small business.

We stopped in passing on our way to Idaho. I was looking forward to the tofu tacos but the lady said they weren’t serving them at the time. She said it would make a return just not at that time. I got the lunch Tofu Teriyaki and Rice, she was clear that it was just rice and tofu and I said it was fine, I paid and waited for my order. She asked if I like veggie and I said yes, so she offered to add a few to the dish which I was very excited about. She also asked about the spice level and offered for me to taste my food after to see if the spice level was to my liking. Overall the food was great, the lady at the counter was so sweet and assured that I was happy with my food. I would come back!

I was excited to try this place due to reviews. I was truly disappointed I got the teriyaki chicken and yakisoba and the sauce and noodles were soo salty I couldn’t eat them. Quantity of food was great but quality 👎
