To preface this review, many of the existing reviews reflect the experience under the previous ownership. During that time, this space was a go-to for me—not only for the açaí bowls and juices, but for the atmosphere the former owners cultivated. It felt calm and grounding, a place where outside noise faded and you could sit, clear your mind, and enjoy clean, thoughtfully prepared food and beverages.
Since the change in ownership, the environment feels markedly different. The space now feels more politicized, which has altered the sense of comfort it once provided. While I respect that everyone holds their own views, many customers seek out places like this specifically to step away from politics and simply exist in a welcoming, neutral environment. Unfortunately, that sense of ease no longer feels present for me. The atmosphere now feels more like a social club than a juice bar, and as a result, it’s no longer a place I feel drawn to spend time.

First, I never make reviews like this. But my experience here was so bad. I ordered an Açaí bowl. First mistake was the lady didn’t put peanut butter (the menu stated it came with pb drizzle) I went up and the lady apologized. She added the pb and I forgave it and thanked her. Next I noticed the açaí base also didn’t have peanut butter (the menu says the base is mixed with pb) and there also wasn’t maple syrup on the topping. I finally went up to let the lady know I wanted a refund because I wasn’t happy with it. I told her the ingredients that were missing (I have a sensitive taste AND pb is my all time favorite. I’d know if it wasn’t in) and she gaslit me saying she did add all that in. She didn’t. She made mistakes but rather than taking accountability, she makes excuses, gaslights me, and refused to give a refund. Didn’t even offer to make me another one.
Also, I had ordered Chai Masala and she couldn’t find the chai spice. We had to point out the tin like “it’s this one right here”. Almost didn’t get the chai if we didn’t find it for her. The lady behind the counter had a sweet and kind demeanor, but service was trash and work ethic as when worse.

Went here for the first time, got the açaí bowl (no.2). It was perfect. I love peanut butter, and there was plenty. All the flavors went very well together. Definitely going to get one again sometime. Glad I found this place :) A little pricey but worth it.

I went in on May 8, they sold me juice that was made 5 days previously so they were technically bad already. You could tell that the juice was not fresh anymore.

I love the acai bowls at Just Juice! Their juices are equally great. It's nice to know you are making a healthy choice but not compromising taste. Customer service is always excellent, I usually stop by in a hurry and I get my order quickly. Highly recommend.
