Ordered 2 drinks an a small fry the fries were not crunchy at all an flavorless, as well as there was a small bug in my drink when i opened it up. Used to go here all the time when i was younger, its obvious that the place does not care for the quailty of food especially for the price you pay for it. Drive through attendant also was very quiet an mumbled alot. 6/5/25

Every time i go through burger ranch they rip me off. I order a double patty burger and only get a single. Has happened multiple time. Never going back.

Waited almost 5 minute in the drive trying to order had to yell into the microphone. They claimed they didn't hear us pull up.. They took our order we pulled up it took them 8 more to get our payment and another 6 minute to get our food parking lot completely empty

I have always loved burger ranch. Their milkshakes is what has always kept me going back for more. The kid who helped me the other day was so nice I had misplaced my debit card and so I had to use a couple different cards with just a few bucks on them he was so patient and then I came up to be 20 cents short and and I was frantically looking for change in my car and he said don't worry about he would cover it. I thought that was so nice of him although I found my change and paid him. The food is good. The Fry's with fry sauce are pretty yummy also

I went to burger ranch at 1:40pm to the drive through and the portion looks way smaller than usual and the drinks looked like slushy it literally had 80% ice and tiny bit of soda and I asked for fruit punch for kids drinks and got Coke I got Coke for the regular meals but I asked fruit punch for the kids meal I felt scammed 😭 and it was my favorite place for burgers

I used to love this place. I won't be going back. Placed an order yesterday. The only thing they got right was my corn dog. By the time they got the rest of it right, the corn dog was cold and soggy. I told the manager (17 tops) he stared at me with a deer in the headlights look and said they don't do refunds. Bottom line, I showed up really hungry and left 30 minutes later, $30 lighter and still hungry. Never again.
