I went to burger ranch at 1:40pm to the drive through and the portion looks way smaller than usual and the drinks looked like slushy it literally had 80% ice and tiny bit of soda and I asked for fruit punch for kids drinks and got Coke I got Coke for the regular meals but I asked fruit punch for the kids meal I felt scammed 😭 and it was my favorite place for burgers

I used to love this place. I won't be going back. Placed an order yesterday. The only thing they got right was my corn dog. By the time they got the rest of it right, the corn dog was cold and soggy. I told the manager (17 tops) he stared at me with a deer in the headlights look and said they don't do refunds. Bottom line, I showed up really hungry and left 30 minutes later, $30 lighter and still hungry. Never again.
If i could do zero start I would just want to say that everytime I go there im always get a rude old lady by the way she act I can say that is the manager but she's very rude have an unprofessional way to help costumer yelling is not a good way she act like she doesn't listen food is so gross . I really love burger ranch and I will record the rude lady on my next visit so burger ranch corporation can do something about that. Just hope she gets fire before i go next time. I remember the good old days when everyones was very friendly I really felt unwelcoming. Don't go there you'll get stomach pains and stress out.

Good service & Excellent food - Burgers are made fresh & great portions! Just had the zucchini sticks & I definitely will be getting them again, absolutely delish! I love the strawberries shakes the best - I can easily say they are the best in town but get an extra large size! It's totally worth the cost every time! Enjoy!
Kid-friendliness: They have small bags for kids that have crayons & a page for them to color! So very thoughtful!

Went here for lunch today and it was the worst place I have ever been to . We ordered and then went to sit down after a couple of minutes are food was ready the lady brought us the food out and basically most of are order was wrong we asked the lady to bring out the right order and out of no where she started to be very aggressive. After walking away another guy came to bring us the missing item he told us that we were so rude he was going to trustpass us.
We were not bring rude trying to figureout what was missing for our order and we will never go back. ,

Went here today after a long morning of kids football. Thought we were missing one fry and was trying to ask the young lady to help me figure out if I was missing something. Immediately she became upset with my husband and started telling him that's what he ordered and if it was wrong he should have told her before they made the food. The thing was she was getting so upset for us asking a question that made my husband upset and the girl walked away and a young gentleman came very upset with the missing item and started to tell us we are not to talk to them rude or anything because he will trust pass us. I tried to explain to him that we were simply figuring out the order. He was so rude and walked away saying he was going to call the police on us for simply trying to ask for help to see if we were missing som6e. We ordered 5 combos.
We were so upset we decided to leave and didnt finish our food since they were harassing us from the time the food was given to us.
We have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcoming at an establishment and will never ever go back here or any other chain.
