“I ordered a KFC deal online and payed with Apple Pay. My Apple Pay gave me a green checkmark indicating that it went through but I did not receive a confirmation from KFC for my order so the system lagged/glitched and then later gave me the confirmation number. My fiancé went to pick up my order but since it lagged he thought the order didn’t go through so he payed for the food through the window but did not receive what was suppose to go with my deal order. When I realized there was two orders I called the restaurant right away and they were unable to cancel my online order and they gave me corporate online support number to call. I was on the phone for about 10 min with corporate before anyone answered. By that time my fiancé had got home with the food and I had took the food back to KFC and explained how there was a glitch with the Apple Pay and how there was two orders. The Manager at the KFC restaurant Juan C understood and honored the deal. Although it was frustrating that I had to do extra steps I was able to cancel and get a refund for my online order and the deal was honored by providing the missing items at no additional cost. I don’t come here often but my kids wanted KFC. After this incident and KFC Manager making it right I will be coming to this establishment more often. Thank you KFC and Juan C for turning this mixup around into a positive outcome. I appreciate the help I received, how professional the staff were, and how the incident was handled by the manager.“

He gave us a great price on our six 16 piece combo meals. It was all bagged and ready to go when I arrived.
