I ordered a KFC deal online and payed with Apple Pay. My Apple Pay gave me a green checkmark indicating that it went through but I did not receive a confirmation from KFC for my order so the system lagged/glitched and then later gave me the confirmation number. My fiancé went to pick up my order but since it lagged he thought the order didn’t go through so he payed for the food through the window but did not receive what was suppose to go with my deal order. When I realized there was two orders I called the restaurant right away and they were unable to cancel my online order and they gave me corporate online support number to call. I was on the phone for about 10 min with corporate before anyone answered. By that time my fiancé had got home with the food and I had took the food back to KFC and explained how there was a glitch with the Apple Pay and how there was two orders. The Manager at the KFC restaurant Juan C understood and honored the deal. Although it was frustrating that I had to do extra steps I was able to cancel and get a refund for my online order and the deal was honored by providing the missing items at no additional cost. I don’t come here often but my kids wanted KFC. After this incident and KFC Manager making it right I will be coming to this establishment more often. Thank you KFC and Juan C for turning this mixup around into a positive outcome. I appreciate the help I received, how professional the staff were, and how the incident was handled by the manager.

Just wanted to state my experience at this KFC location has been ok and food decent but I did order on Friday November 28 and that day they were open but on the app and Google Maps they didn’t display that they shorted the time because order some food but when I went to go pick it up they were closed and just then I tried a dispute on Cash App and they came back saying the would not refund me

Unexpected good Papa Burger and hot fries! Tuesday's $7 Papa Burger Meal was much better than I expected. Hot Hot Fries...excellent! Cold frosted mug for the root bear. Excellent! Burger and bun could have been hotter but it still was much better than I expected. Friendly front counter person. Thank you.

Chicken smelled and tasted like an abandoned room heavily soaked in cat piss. Forgot to put a review. KFC isn't og it's no longer good chicken I've tried multiple times through out the 10 years living here always disappointed

Colonel Sanders would be rolling over in his grave if he knew how KFC has turned out. The crispy chicken is no longer crispy, is just full of grease. The chicken sandwiches are Super dry and just thrown. together. People just don't have pride in their work anymore.

Wow! ever since I have been to this KFC i have not turned back! very good customer service, whenever i go Bri and the other mexican tall young fellur are always super nice, the only complaint i have ever had was one if the burgers having tomatoes on it but that was only once and is no biggie! I started coming to this KFC because the other KFC did not offer the best service but i am glad i found a better spot 😃
