Unusually shaped and organizing interior. The seating and table arrangement as well as the location of the front counter is just awkward. Also the prices seemed rather high for a fast food joint.

The Manager has a very bad attitude, I went for my order and he treated me like a delivery person. In any case, no one should go to this place with these types of people serving us, we all deserve respect! >:(

DO NOT go here, they will mess up your drive thru order, then argue with you about correcting it. Check your order before drving away or your food will get cold while you drive back, and always get a receipt. Worst service of all the KFC locations

I had a burger at the kfc/a&w it was pretty terrible. I my just sticking to the chicken side if I go here as it is consistantly a good taste, but at a high cost. Id suggest going to winco for their chicken instead. I find it be less rushed, cooked and taste better.

THE FOOD should be worth it what you PAY!!! NO wonder the place seemed pretty dead Not only the food was old, dry shrunk and cold , the service is horrible They really need to teach their workers to acknowledge the customer service and say something nice welcome to KFC or I'll be right with you or something. The lady was very rude on the drive thru(Stacy I believe her name was) Just horrible and rude service.and I WILL NEVER GO BACK I won't be wasting my time and MONEY here again!!!!

There have been several times they have messed up my orders. They even ran my card twice and when I called and talked to the manager (Juan) about it he told me there is no way they can charge twice for the same order. Well I could see 2 charges pending and the next day they both went through. I called and talked to him again and he actually told me I didn't know what I was talking about. It took probably 6 months for me to go back there. Then today I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 3 piece chicken meal. When she (Gisel)handed me my order I asked her what the 3 pieces were she said 2 thighs and a leg. I get home and it was 3 tenders and fries!!! I called Juan AGAIN about another mess up and he said bring it back and he'll give me the correct order. Take it is 33° out and u just told him forget it and your service is horrible and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!! I just know I can't be the only one getting wrong orders and also almost every time I go there!!!!

I do not understand how I never get the right order at the Kennewick Ave location. EVER. Just ordered, ‘two famous bowls.’ Came home and I have a famous bowl and a chicken pot pie. I’m sorry but that’s not even a small, logical mistake. The last time I was there in person, I watched a gentleman have a five minute conversation with the person helping him that made everyone in the room dumber. Do you even have a screening process when you hire people? The last time we ordered a family bucket meal and came home with no gravy. How this location is still in business is beyond me.

I went through the drive through last night to order dinner. We were the only car and the place seemed pretty dead. I had to repeat my order 5 times as they could not repeat it back correctly, and again at the window. The guy at the window was nice, though, so there's that. Upon arriving home with our food, my elderly mom found her chicken tenders to be hard and dry, and one of the three tiny dried up strips was a different color. She couldn't even eat them, they were so dry. Both orders of fries were also cold and a gross texture (I only live 5 minutes up the street). The food we were served was absolutely unacceptable. I won't be wasting my time and money here again.

Ordered through door dash- 3 piece meal. 2 breast ,a wing, mashed/gravy, Mac n cheese, extra biscuit with butter and honey. What I got, 2 dried out thighs, wing, Cole slaw, pasty biscuit, no condiments!

We ordered delivery and only received half of our order. We ordered two 8 piece chicken buckets and 2 mashed with gravy and 2 Mac n cheese. My wife called the restaurant and was told they couldn't deliver the rest and instead gave her a code for the rest at another time instead of comping the missing items. Losing our business.
Stood at counter to order for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. They were slightly busy, but no excuse for not even saying something to acknowledge us being there.

We came to this location at Kennewick avenue on August 14th at 6:30pm and it was horrible. We stopped in and was the only ones at the counter. There was 1 girl behind the front counter. I know she was busy getting the orders for the busy drive through but she walked passed us several times and didn't even acknowledge us and we know she saw us. She ignored us on purpose. We stood there at the counter for 5 minutes watching her and nothing. So we left. They really need to teach their workers to acknowledge the customer and say I'll be right with you or something. Just horrible and rude service.
